This company is no longer in business, how do you claim your losses when I can't sell the stock? I'm assuming I just put down I lost all my investment and go back and calulate my costs but what does the IRS assume when the company hasn't offically announced they are out of business?

I thought the company did a poor job of letting the shareholders know what was going on. I had only a small amount of shares but I can only imagine that some the the bigger shareholders are pissed and I sure wouldn't want to be a CEO of a company that screwed shareholders over. I would always have to be looking over my shoulder....to bad, I thought this company had potential but poor management sunk this ship imho.

Aren't there consequences for the officer(s) of this company re fiduciary responsibilites? "A fiduciary duty is the highest standard of care at either equity or law. A fiduciary (abbreviation fid) is expected to be extremely loyal to the person to whom he owes the duty (the "principal"): he must not put his personal interests before the duty, and must not profit from his position as a fiduciary, unless the principal consents".

I'm surprised....what have they been doing for the last 1 1/2 years? I don't call because it's been my expereince officers usually don't give you the straight scoop, it's usaully told with rose colored glasses....no matter, the officer/officers should have some sense of responsibilty to the shareholders, good or bad, they should let the shareholders know what they have been up to the last 1 1/2 years..don't you think?
