1) Astra is pumping... truth is very little news considering and media .. far from a pump obviously!
2) Astra gave holcomb15M shares? ....truth is it was 10M and they likely saw something in the technology that they nurtured for a year until going public that it was ready for UL certification so that complaint dried up.
3) Loudon took over in July 2023 and stock was what? he says 41 cents ... truth is it was ranging with no volume between 10 and 17 cents and shot up with volume to 40 cents plus when he personally paid out the convertible note.
4) Astra has to pay 300k per month on the powertron deal lol ?!... truth is Astra picked up $500K and getting another $500K and a note or receivable for another 4M$ payable which pays out the $4M cash in 180 days (fyi its 25k per month (4m x 7.5% interest divided by 12) which Astra collects) PLUS 4M shares in the newco with a big Texas group as their partner to go forward... stellar deal done by Astra management led by loudon!
5) Earlier sad seek said Holcomb is getting kicked out of his building and broke... truth is he won all four hearings and was awarded costs, legal fees with prejudice and looks like he will win very easily on the second case in tenessee. More lies and more fabrications that just go on and on ..
6) Holcomb bankruptcy? ......truth is far from it as he appears to be winning clearly against the claims of his ex partner walker... and they went for the UL ceritification which means they believe they have something!!!

I see in the latest 10 Q filing that the deal is almost expressed in one sentence, almost in passing, like it’s no big deal.

But in the 8K they draw it out with a lot more detail and you know what that makes me believe…

Uber you've entered the twilight zone again... UL approval well underway. They pay themselves next to nothing and are vested so a silly comment coming form you. CEO is 90k a year and unpaid and has $ in. The rest are similar. Shares for services. Love it as they have to make money to get paid. If you have any kind of business experience you should like what you see here...

Nothing is getting done without UL approval. And it looks like ASTRA as of yesterday has not bothered to submit the testing request paperwork and I would guess they haven’t paid for the testing yet either.

Since ASTRA shows ZERO dollar value of any inventory and products under development, I don’t think it’s a stretch of one’s imagination to say they do not have any of these fantasy products to sell today nor do they have any available next week or next month for testing.

From their financials, one could assume that any revenue going into this company is not going toward product development, but instead going to executive payroll.
