ISBH MULLICA HILL, NJ, Apr 27, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Isbre Europa A/S, a wholly owned subsidiary of Isbre Holding Corp. (OTC: ISBH), has started production of "Isbre -- The Worlds Best Drinking Water(R)" at its new PET bottling facility in Osa, Norway. Initial deliveries to the US are scheduled for late May, with the shipment of Isbre product in 0.5 liter and 1.0 liter bottles. Target areas for the launch are the Northeast, Southeast and Midwest, with additional regions to follow. Interested distributors and retail establishments can contact the company at sales@isbre.com. Also, below is the text of a shareholders' letter distributed in late January 2006 by Bjorn Seljevold, the company's CEO. Shareholders of Isbre Holding Corporation Dear Shareholder: In 2005 Isbre Holding Corp completed the purchase of Osa Mineral Water A/S (Now Isbre Europa A/S), a bottling facility in Osa Norway at the Isbre Spring. This facility holds production capabilities for 3 and 5 gallon jugs for home and office deliveries, as well as a minor production line for 5 Liter PET bottles. Recently Isbre Europa also completed construction of a new bottling facility for PET bottles (Single serve) in Osa (The Isbre Plant). Testing of the new PET line is now underway, and we anticipate deliveries to start in March this year. Product from the new Isbre Plant is scheduled to reach the US in March/April this year with initial focus on the North Eastern region of the United States, where we currently are in the process of signing up Distributors and Customers. You can find a complete analysis of “Isbre-The Worlds Best Drinking Water” ® on our website: www.isbre.com. Our next step is to open a Bottling Plant in the North East corridor of the US where water will be transported in bulk tanker ships from the Isbre source in Norway directly to this bottling facility and bottled for local distribution. We are currently in negotiations with different agencies regarding available sites, and we anticipate that we will be able to sign a deal for this shortly. In the interim we will be developing sales and distribution in the region by importing our products produced by our subsidiary Isbre Europa AS at the Isbre Spring in Norway. We anticipate that the transportation cost when calculated on a per case basis will decrease from about $ 3.50/each to approximately $ 0.50/each when we open the US bottling facility and can utilize tanker ships for transportation rather than container shipping. This, together with decreased warehousing costs will allow us to compete in the US bottled water category with a large variation of bottle sizes and configurations yet with superior quality and competitive pricing. Pending the outcome of these site negotiations, we hope to have our first US facility operating in the early part of 2007. Bottled water emerged as the second largest commercial beverage category by volume in the United States in 2003, and, despite its significant stature, it continued to grow at a rapid pace in 2004. The category is growing even more forcefully on a global scale, with global sales of $108 Billion as reported by Euromonitor International. In 2004, total U.S. category volume surpassed 6.8 billion gallons, an 8.6% advance over 2003’s volume level. That translates into an average of 24.0 gallons per person, which means U.S. residents now drink more bottled water annually than any other beverage, other than carbonated soft drinks (CSD) Source Beverage Marketing Corp. I thank you all for your continued support, and wish you and your families all the best for 2006. Sincerely, Bjorn V Seljevold CEO
