You make me laugh. Just like the Peru deal, and then the Uranium deal that fell through. There is NO big 'deal'. This thing is dead. The only reason for the conference call ( the one that never happened) was that they thought it would have brought the price up. Drew said they didn't have any money to pay IR, and for any work. Mike the geologist doesn't even own a single share ... he sold everything. I spoke to Drew many times and 50% of the time he was drinking and had even admitted it .

I'm sure Drew told you of the 1 for 50 reverse split and that it is a shell so give it up and move on.

The rumor is starting to fly that MGGV scored big on the Lamborghini deal. I am looking at buying back into this if the news proves out. Any public trading of the Lamborghini merchandise stock would give MGGV a big score.

This one keeps dropping through the floor lately as there is no buyers into selling as the company refuses to put out anything that makes one want to buy the stock while also having no way to contact management. Recent joint ventures and sales commisions need more open communications to understand impact.

Most of the mining plays on the pinks are in the same similar stages, sit and wait while they get their act together and the mining starts moving in the right direction. Patience is necessary when trading these mining plays.

Correct they took a different direction with water venture and other joint venture. Trying to broker deals as we have seen also. Hard to figure out valuation as eveything is spread out in so many directions. Need them to lay it out in a clear way.

Seems like they picked up $400,000 in stock commission on the merger of GFDI and RIMA. GFDI's stock is .006(flucuates so could double depending on the day) will reverse split 42-1. Will be worth about 25 cents a share. MGGV is getting 1.5 million shares comission or about $400,000 in value at the merger closing time. That's about the current marketcap. They also claim to have some joint ventures going per the latest pr's if they are telling the truth seems like some value still here but need to open some communications.

The conference call was rescheduled 3 times.They have no money left in the coffers, and the Peru mine was not theirs at all.It was just so Ben could dump his shares. He has been in Europe visiting family for a few months now. The company has no more Ir firms. Have you noticed they don't return phone calls any more. It doesn't help that the Drew guy just talks about going out for a beer all the time.

I agree one conference call letting people know what's happening with company could raise the price of this stock dramatically with the low OS. Not sure whats his problem. Company Market Value at 90 million OS is $450,000(OS not confirmed in awhile could be somewhat higher). Not sure previous posters calculation on the the just announced deal could be $4 million-that would mean the book value of this company is 10 times higher than the current stock price is valuing the company. Can anyone else confirm that $4 million number.

I may have to agree with ovrachiever on this one, it seems as though that was my calculation as well - they will make something upwards of $4 million on the deal. If things aren't going too well on the mining end of things, this is a key way to snag some revenues and re-invest. We'll see if the compay says anything as to how much they actually received to "broker" the deal and whhat they are going to do with the money.
