Welp, looks like we might be done here. HIPPQ ticker symbol is now not showing in my TD Am account but replaced with 433507100 as the symbol.

Assuming this is being phased out now, but maybe something else here?

Unsure. Any ideas here people?

Same here. At this point, I thought we'd get some news on the situation. Either cash payout for share buyback or converted into $UPLD stock.

Not one reply from their IR or CFO at UPLD about this. Think we're over 5 years now here since BK.

All of my HIPPQ shares are still in my TD ameritrade account. So, TBD, I guess...

UPLD on a rip lately. $34 to $41 in a week. Still never get any word from the UPLD team but hope to get some closer on HIPPQ shares someday sooner than later. Thoughts many months ago is that we'd see something finalize around the $42 per share level. Need to revisit notes on the reasoning though.

Anyone else ever hearing anything/get anywhere here?

Oh boy, bureaucratic red tape.... Brexit right? There is a UK phone number on epm's website, and from what I've pulled up there's a transition period for the UK leaving the EU to allow for preparation of the post Brexit rules. So epm is crossing t's and dotting i's by following GDPR compliance (EU regulation) prior to transition? https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-politics-32810887

What is the 'transition' period?
It refers to a period of time after 29 March, 2019, to 31 December, 2020, to get everything in place and allow businesses and others to prepare for the moment when the new post-Brexit rules between the UK and the EU begin. It also allows more time for the details of the new relationship to be fully hammered out. Free movement will continue during the transition period, as the EU wanted. The UK will be able to strike its own trade deals - although they won't be able to come into force until 1 January 2021. This transition period is currently only due to happen if the UK and the EU agree a Brexit deal.

I was told that it takes 3 years before anything can be done regarding a shell company with NOL's. The waiting period is probably up. Soon we should see if our shares have any value.

However they did it it looks like esw and hip cricket are going to make a lot of money from their investment in Upland which could Bode very well for a relaunch of hip satisfy any debts and maybe even get esw out of the picture after big profit so none of the new shares go their way. We'll see what happens

Some of the postings read like EPM still had another 1.8 million shares (out of nowhere), but the filings read those are not. They're ESW and maybe even Acorn under them.

Was looking at the stocktwits.com/UPLD and there's numerous postings that indicate a bunch more shares sold and 1.8 million shares still owned. I've had a late night, but that was interesting to see.

Don't know if anyone has been watching but Upland software is a $37.30 right now and things look like they'll be pretty bullish for a while. Somebody estimated $40 a share just recently. Hipcricket pulled out about 185000 shares at about 6 million or so and they probably almost made it back up in a couple of days. LOL

Hey guys, EPM live, formerly known as hipcricket, sold 185000 shares within the last week at about 35. 50 per share. Roughly about six and a half million dollars and almost 20% of their position. What you think is going on? I'm thinking they are getting set to relaunch and go out on their own again but who knows. It was pretty big news since we haven't heard anything in awhile

In every bankruptcy the shareholders are represented by a committee. Your broker has the information on who represented you. That is the only way to get an answer regarding your shares. Anyone else will not comment because of the legal ramifications.

I met somebody a few months back that still speaks to folks in the legal realm. Wouldn't bother me to ask if they could look into this scenario. Not counting on hearing much back but what the hell. It's just surreal that UPLD has been over 3/4s of a billion recently. Everything is just layered in shit anymore.

HIPP has 1M shares under ESW in UPLD. Seems HIPPQ is 1M of 150M that HIPP used to be in OS after bankruptcy.

Old shareholders would definitely get a percentage of the new issuance as well as the debtors. Companies relaunch all the time out of bankruptcy I just wanted to know what the formula or ratio could be. Old shareholders get 10% or 70%?. Who actually gets to determine that?

Found this from an old post last summer.

I'm pretty sure HIPP has 1 million shares in UPLD, which is about 9%+ of the current OS of 20.24M. ESW has over 2.875M I believe. HIPPQ/ESW are the largest insiders.

Based on UPLDs behavior, it continually looks like their play is to build and buy (vs build) other assets and roll up into one mother asset. This looks like a bigger fish for acquisition down the road by a much bigger fish. Where a buyout could be that $40+ / share per our initial ideas. Yet, thanks to Jeff with the news of the new credit to add to their war chest, we might be looking at $60-$80+ / share buyout pending the value of their acquisitions.

TBD on all of this, but this is what it's looking like. Hope it all unfolds soon enough and us patient old shareholders get paid out better than anticipated.

I was looking through Uplands mobile messaging website and went to the case studies and saw all of the mobile campaigns they did. Very very impressive. All the way from MillerCoors and geofencing to the rally with Parkland just recently.. all the companies are so happy and so impressed in the conversion rate is around 50%. Every sector in America. Noticed a lot of the campaigns are nonprofit and sort of left wing which could bode well for buyers from Silicon Valley

All this stuff going on with Facebook has to do with real precise targeted marketing. Obviously they took it to the nth degree. It is very possible that someone can find a lot of value in that company still..

UPLD has had some positive news. Hoping to see them sell off $HIPPQ assets around $40. Based on analysts recommendations. They can start running past $38+ soon.

Anyone ever get any word on their end?
