Company Overview HTSC (OTC) Humana Trans Services Corporation, founded in 2001, is publicly traded under the ticker HTSC. Headquartered in Hanover, Maryland, it maintains a branch office in Lemont Pennsylvania. The company’s primarily operations are in the area of outsource human resource services through its subsidiaries: Humana Trans Services Group and Humana National. As a single-source solution, the company utilizes the D.O.T. Compliance Program to process drivers from recruitment to permanent employment, through a series of phases such as; recruiting, drug testing, compliance, and administrates payroll, employee benefits, ability to write workers compensation insurance – without restriction – and temp-to-perm. HUMANA NATIONAL was formed in November 2003, following the purchase of Corporate Programs Administrators, a $25 million per year full service Professional Employer Company, or PEO. He is the founder of Ronald Shapss Corporate Services, a firm engaged in consolidating fragmented industries. Riggs III, 53, Chief Financial Officer Mr. Riggs is responsible for the preparation of all financial filings for the company.
