I really do not know....found this.. Went from exploring strategies for Bankmobile in January. To in May saying the divestiture of Bankmobile is on track to be completed by year end 2020. Big language change last month.

So, after the redemptions in May, how are folks now feeling about this stock?

13,733,885 shares opted to redeem at the vote, or approximately 81.1% of public SPAC shares, resulting in roughly $144 million being removed from trust for an estimated current trust value of $33,167,514.53.

Is this enough capital to still do an acquisition, or will they need PIPE funds?

I'm not here to bash the stock (I own a bunch of warrants), just wondering.

I truly believe this is going to be the next hot SPAC play. Once the definitive agreement is signed, we'll be trading north of $3. And depending on who the company turns out to be, we could easily be over $5+ down the road. I'm very excited about this one. Good luck all!

$MFAC you can look up the team which all have high resumes , the top I like is Chad Hurley co founder of you tube, and Israel Englander owner of millennial management. Israel is one of the richest hedge fund operators in the world. This spac has until August 28 to consummate a merge. The have a LOI but we are awaiting to hear with who. Last week there was some addendum changes to sec filings that is posted. It looks like room was made by shuffling inside shares for another partner possibly. I

not "possible." MFAC stated it IS in a deal with a digital banking platform. and imo these warrants are very cheap compared to some of the past SPACs at these same prices. in others including FMCI, with the stock around the 10.50-10.80 area, the warrants were worth $2-2.50. not sure why MFAC/WS is only trading at .50....
