There are now a total of (3) separate Charlotte’s Web CWEB iHub boards..

Probably should merge them all.

There is also a 4th one, but that is for a different security (a Chinese internet ETF).

We should definitely merge these boards. I started the first one, but accidentally put it as 3D printers. Sorry.. first board I ever started. I went to correct it and started CSE:CWEB. However, it appears that CWEB:CA is the correct ticker. I believe that Charlotte's Web Holdings is more correct that Charlotte's Web Incorporated. There was some confusion with them being so new! I have no qualms at all with merging these boards as Charlottes Web Holiness (CWEB:CA) I expect that admin will take care of it soon. IHUB is always on top of their game.

We're both with Fidelity, and might be able to sell online (as opposed to via telephone), but not today or this week.

Possibly sometime in the future, my broker said. Although, he wasn't certain.

You will need to have international trading enabled, and you will need to call them, I just got off the phone with Fidelity, was 82$ USD total commission plus 1% currency exchange, I got 1k shares @ 9.70 CAD

Fidelity said it wasn't available to the general public yet..(not sure if this includes people who live in Canada)

i.e. even with international trading enabled, orders for this security still needed be placed over the telephone with them.

I used Fidelity, my buy commission was $82 USD, prior to paying 1% for currency exchange.

In any event, I was able to get 1k shares for 7.47 USD
About 9.70 CAD

yeah, i really don't think its trading yet - I have 2 canadian brokerages and they both show zero at real time...just showing bid ask side balancing like a typical US IPO pre-launch. Right now I see 9.75 b/a

I had to call Fidelity to trade until also listed on the Toronto exchange of TSX.

Stanley Brothers Holdings has filed a preliminary prospectus for an initial public offering (IPO) and to list on the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE). The IPO is being led by the underwriter Canaccord Genuity.

There is no information on the company’s IPO price, but information on Stanley Brothers Holdings’ finances has been released to the public for the first time.

The newly public financial information showed the company performed $40 million in sales in 2017. In the same year the company reported earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) of $14.1 million.

In Q1 of 2018 the company had a growth of 84% with an EBITDA of $4.5 million. For the rest of 2018 the company is projecting sales of $65-80 million and an EBITDA of $23-30 million.

The company’s projected earnings for their 2019 sales year is $120-170 million with an adjusted EBITDA margins of 35% to 37%.

Charlotte's Web Holdings (CWEB:CA) has gone public in Canada (CSE) via IPO on August 30th 2018 , the latest in a growing list of U.S. businesses looking north of the border to raise capital.
The firm is the parent company of CW Hemp, the manufacturer of Charlotte’s Web CBD products, that was catapulted into the media spotlight in 2013 when it was featured in the CNN documentary “Weed.”
While the story of Charlotte’s Web garnered international exposure, little has been shared publicly about Stanley Brothers operations and financials – until now.
According to the firm’s preliminary prospectus Stanley Brothers, the company has been steadily posting an annual profit since 2016.
Its filing shows:

Revenue grew from $14.7 million in 2016 to $40 million in 2017, up 172% year-over-year.
Gross profit grew from $9.6 million in 2016 to $29.9 million in 2017, a 212% spike.
Gross profit as a percent of revenue was 65% and 75% in 2016 and 2017, respectively.
Adjusted EBITDA grew from $2 million in 2016 to $14.1 million in 2017; adjusted EBITDA as a percent of revenue was 14% and 35% in 2016 and 2017, respectively.
For the three months ended March 31, the company posted revenue of $13.1 million, gross profit of $10.5 million and adjusted EBITDA of $4.5 million.

Other highlights from the filing include:

The firm has more than 170 employees, with hemp cultivation operations in northeastern Colorado.
It also has source contracts in place with farms in Kentucky and Oregon.
In 2017, the firm estimated its market share at roughly 14%, based on its $40 million in revenue in an estimated $287 million hemp CBD market.
The firm’s liquid products are priced from $39.99 to $274.99. Its capsules sell for $34.99 to $119.99.
For its fiscal 2018, the firm projects sales of $65 million to $80 million, with estimated annual adjusted EBITDA of $23 million to $30 million.
