Nextec is my biggest win so far this year. I actually just sold half of it moments ago. I'll probably sell the rest soon too. Not trying to be too greedy.

Most of my pot stock holds are crap right now. I've added to a bunch of them on the way down(mostly US), but have yet to realise any benefit from them.

I'll be looking to buy more pot stocks, but might wait for late dec for any major buys. Who knows, I may try to play some shorter term bounce trades on a few if I see anything interesting.

Roto-Gro Inc., a wholly—owned subsidiary of Roto—Gro International Limited ("ASX:RGI", "RotoGro"
or the "Company"), is pleased to confirm the grant of a new Canadian Patent for its Stackable
Modular Rotatable Gardening System, Patent No. 2,908,184 (the "Patent").

The application for the Patent was filed with the Canadian Intellectual Property Office in October 2015, with parallel applications filed in the United States, Europe and Australia. The newly granted Canadian Patent now compliments the Company's recently granted patent in the United States for a Stackable Modular Rotatable Gardening System, Patent No. US 10,292,346 B2. The Company continues to work diligently towards the issuance of parallel patents in both Europe and Australia, requesting an expedited examination from the European Patent Office for its European patent application, and recent correspondence lends credence that Australian patent will be granted in CY Q1 2020.

Details of the Patent

The Patent for RotoGro's Stackable Modular Rotatable Gardening System embodies a modular rotatable garden comprising a drum and a modular main frame. The drum is supported within a modular main frame, such that the drum is rotatable. Plants are grown in soil or hydroponic mediums within the drum in a controlled indoor environment. The Patent also provides for a modular hot air removal system and direct carbon dioxide delivery to the plants within the rotatable garden.

More importantly, the Patent contemplates a stacked rotatable gardening system comprising numerous modular rotatable gardens being stacked vertically (i.e. one on top of the other) and horizontally (i.e. side by side), where each main frame is connected to the main frame of the other modular rotatable garden forming system pods.

Chief Executive Officer, Adam Clode states, “We are excited by the grant of our Canadian Patent in support of the already granted United States patent for a Stackable Modular Rotatable Gardening System. The granted patent was lodged in 2015 in the United States (granted), Canada (granted) as well as Europe (pending) and Australia (pending).

The grant is the successful culmination of several years of our team's laborious efforts through the arduous patent examination process. The Patent secures many different aspects of RotoGro's intellectual property covering stackability, modularisation, hot air removal and direct carbon dioxide delivery to the plants.

In addition, the company has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire all the issued and outstanding shares in the capital stock of Supra THC Services Inc. which holds a Health Canada approved Dealer’s License.

Expecting to see another increase in revenue on the next financials.

Liked the last moves and accomplishments. Making good progress on producing more product, and selling more product.
The Investment and Supply Agreement with Westleaf.
The Green Hedge distribution partnership.
Recent completion of 1 of 4 greenhouses on their 34 acre property.

And getting Canna Farms Selected as a Supplier to Ontario Retail Cannabis Market... that's huge imo.

New Name. New ticker. New website. New investor presentation.

Plenty to do and talk about especially with recreational just now starting. They should be able to pump rec sales numbers as 0 to 1 increases.

The AU and EU pursuits are icing on the cake. Not sure how much we'll hear about that in the near term.

Traded VIVO a couple times as the sp has gone crazy. Right now I'm accumulating whatever lowest shares I can get for the next crazy or longer.

What are your thoughts about VIVO?

We've seen these pops get sold off to new lows time after time. Then potential stuck in position with low volume.

This chart is so broken up... islands everywhere.

runaway gap at 1.18 got filled.

breakaway gap at .70 got filled.

one could make the argument that everything over 0.35 is on a gap up island waiting for the gap back down to strand it.

It just now filled the island gap at in the .50's (yes, everything from Jan to now an island)

Then we have the recent gap down/gap up 3 day island that just got stranded in the .60's

I'm in no hurry to buy island property.

Let's see if this latest little increase in volume continues.
