There is nothing to do at this point. Wait until they resolve all claims to see whether your shares are worth anything. Better just to assume a total loss, move on and forget about it. These stocks often take months and/or years to finalize.

Bad news, but it’s amazing how often stocks like this will still go for a run. There’s always the possibility a buyer will emerge, but today’s news is indeed grim.

Thanks, I see that. Looks like Raging Capital Master Fund Ltd. sold a total of 2,178,972 shares for prices of .03 (the day of a massive but short lived dip in price with huge volume) on 12/11, and they also dumped some several days earlier for .053 on 12/5 and .057 on 12/6.

That means Raging Capital dumped about 10% of the outstanding shares on three different days earlier this month. My question is: Do they have more to dump? Do they know something we don't know or are they just liquidating?

It seems to me that the sell for .53 is from insiders.

I do not see a $2.00 buy but do see Raging Capital Management slowly selling their shares. They started buying in Feb/March 2017 and thereafter started selling. They were active buyers seems to me.

Anyone here cares to share thoughts?

I'm not sure what to make of it this stock is beyond what I'd usually trade it's crazy market cap a little over a million bucks, down from dollars to .05 on fairly consistent and low volume with revenues of what $180mil it's crazy

Did u see that those 2m shares were bought for almost $2.00 per share!?!

The aggregate purchase price of the 2,003,059 Shares owned directly by Raging Master is approximately $3,912,393, including brokerage commissions. Such Shares were acquired with the working capital of Raging Master.

Nice, I thought about the same, but thought the timing of 4:01pm est on the filing, and really just that any news at all when the market cap is this tiny, would indicate that it's something significant.. but I can't tell.. lol..
