Fruci was late with MJNE last year.

10-K filed 05/05 before NT 10-Q 05/15.

Fruci was late with UCLE last year as well.

10-K filed 05/12 before NT 10-Q 05/16.

Seems as if SEC won't allow extensions for a subsequent filing if the preceding hasn't yet been filed.

Fruci is good about meeting deadlines for filing extensions.

Thus they need to get this 10-KT filed by 05/15 at the very latest.

Given Fruci's history they'll file an extension for that too.

Would the 10-KT need to be filed before the inevitable NT 10-Q extension filing on 05/15? Therefore 10-KT needs to be filed before 05/15?

ReachOut just closed an acquisition of a $1.7 M revenue MSP for $121k cash and 750k Preferred shares at $1 with a 1 year lock-up.

$1.7 M (TTM) top-line revenue and ~$350k net income added to the books as of Q2.

Mr. Rick Jordan is using “shares as currency” to fund ReachOut’s acquisitions.

Acquired companies are taking less cash upfront in exchange for Preferred shares to cash in a year at a higher share price.

This is a very shareholder-friendly deal for (current) investors IMO.

Also nice to see us close at 0073 which means we no doubt lost our dear shareholder Chumfm and his "2 million" shares since he said he would be selling today at 0072. In much stronger hands now no doubt. Big anticipation with the audit being complete here soon!

This is a legit RM and legit company/staffing behind the company. Just acquired another company to add to its revenue.
It will trend off and on for several more years until it hits NASDAQ. After that and another few years under it's belt, it will be compared to Apple and Microsoft.

Market cap and share price will rerate on fundamentals upon filing of audited financials.

Serial acquirer/compounder like EVI, JYNT, GLXZ, MHH, CXDO, HQI, XPO etc.

More acquisitions.
More revenue.
More income.
More cash flow.

Huge credit to Mr. Rick Jordan for not taking PE/VC money to IPO on Nasdaq and allowing retail investors to get in on the ground floor!

This kind of analysis is called liquidity cycle analysis. Understanding liquidity cycles can give you confidence to trade small and neglected stocks.

If you want to trade an earning breakout, it is extremely critical to understand that he trade works because prior to the earning surprise there was no liquidity.

Once you buy liquidity comes in as several others and funds who understand earnings importance join in immediately.

The liquidity will persist post the breakout if in market participants collective judgment that stock has long term potential.

… Within a matter of days a small and risky stock with low volume will become a liquid stock with several thousand shares traded per day.

Sometimes this will happen within minutes of earnings announcement and it will persist for months.

That is how liquidity works in the market and that is why I am not afraid of trading small stocks with big catalysts or big price increases or 100% growth because I know liquidity follows price growth.

What was the source of liquidity for YCRM's first 10x run from .001 to .01+ in upon the ReachOut reverse merger change of control filing and subsequent PR mid-November?

6 consecutive $100k+ volume days in this market with no promo is explosive.

Having a precedent for a 10x+ run with high liquidity suggests potential for further explosive moves on catalysts.

No one is selling here.

Most of OTC is comprised of short-term traders taking advantage of pumps (understandably).

There is also a community of deep value investors who specialize in identifying underpriced, high growth stocks in the microcap space.

Here is what we can do while we wait for the completed audit.

Network with other deep value investors. This is whom we should ReachOut to.

Spread the word about this ground floor opportunity.

The more shares in the hands of retail/institutional longs the better.

Some one has to work.I made my money in the 45 years of my work career.Now at my age I play with my hard earned cash.I read all the lead-ups and thought maybe it was worth a shot in October.Most of my money is in dividend paying stocks.I dabble a little in others too see whats moving.Where I take offence is the companies,who say they are legit.Everyone knows 99.9% of the OTC is a fraud,there are the rare exceptions.Thought this was one of them,but it's not looking like it.I can afford 25 grand,but it's the principle of it.A man's word is his bond.If he can't keep it,then he's not much of a man.Good luck and good trading.

And already calling this a scam so quickly into it this new merger cause the audit is taking longer than he wanted. Pretty clear why you are here. CEO has been out in front and visible to us shareholders which is the first I've seen do that in all my otc plays. Wish I had the time to sit behind a keyboard like you.
