I see it, I had a bid in all day. Support has fallen apart on the canadian side. The only thing keeping it up is TD with their blocker bid at 4 cents that only another TD customer will wind up buying.

Ernie, It is there now. .0011 and again my whole point was it is going in the wrong direction considering all the lies being posted on the WPWR board which they are allowed to get away with.
Everytime I try to post some factual information, my posts get deleted to cover up the truth.

With oil as low as it is I'm guessing all the MRU stuff isn't very pumpable right now. Producers are going BK at an insane rate. Playing some of them is a better plan than waiting on this fraud to payout. At least the Tx side of the scam can be had at .0001 for a 100% if you can get out at 0002, which ain't easy these days.

We are into the 2nd month of 2016 and MEEXF has had "0" volume and holding it's current share price based on what, I have no idea.
The usual lies and bullsh.t are still being posted on WPWR, the other accomplice to this fraud, scam. The usual players keep posting old useless news about exclusive rights in Texas that don't exist.
Long term play according to Winemaker who does not even take into consideration the unbelievable dilution that has already taken place and there is more to come in 2016. Even if they had a MRU, which apparently they don't, at the final dilution rate of this stock it will be next to impossible for the shareholders to make even a nickel on their shares. Any profits will be absorbed by the Patience Brothers through a series of new corrupt shell corporations that will be formed later to control all the profits
if there ever is any.
We now have Major Oil companies being delisted from the S&P 500 and Winemaker also takes none of this into consideration. The oil companies are desperate to survive and would welcome anybodys MRU
and maybe they are secretly working on their own which will come to market first and MEEXF can shove theirs where the sun don't shine. Oil companies have scientists and engineers that work for them too.

Don't believe they were ever in Texas in the first place.
I sent a certified letter requesting a signature and it came back undeliverable. No such company at that address.
No working phone at the Texas address either.
Guaranteed Patience skipped town and probably the country.
He did his job, screw us out of our money, pass it on fraudulently to his other crook brother in Canada with all the Automatic Chinese Wok brainiacs, including Lopez and her Philipino partner in crime.

The oil companies will be out of business before these crooks get one working MRU if there even is such a thing. They still have no patent or patent number to prove one even exists.

What real value is in the MRU when the oil companies are shutting down wells as they just aren't worth pumping at $30 oil.

If TD stops stacking the bid on the Canadian side it would be a quick trip into the 00s, they are the only thing keeping this above a penny IMO

I put some MRU money into Powerball tickets........ better odds than these guys actually delivering a product to market, let alone verifiable positive testing. As for the crooks in Texas, don't think they are in the states anymore.

It is at .0301 which is accurate.
The point being that it is going in the wrong direction.
The oil companies are hurting big time right now and if this MRU really worked, there would be a line from Canada to Texas with oil companies trying to get their hands on one.
They also would help to fund and speed up the development and manufacturing process.

It hasn't fallen below .005 and currently sits at .053. Ihub charts have something wrong with them as many and lots more tickers never show proper pps on Ihub.

The Canadian ticker is being blocked from collapsing by TD with a pair of .05 orders, if they leave we will see .001 here eventually.

As for the scummers from Well Power - they are long gone and will leave that ticker just die away until they can sell it to a new gang of thieves for a new scam.

It happens wayyyy to often when you look at how much money the SEC gets to prevent this exact scenario......... just more wasted money IMO

The oil companies are close to going bankrupt and MEEXF is pulling everyones chain. If they had something, the oil companies would be lined up at their door.

Oil is no longer profitable and their only hope for survival is to make some money from flaring and so far nothing from MEEXF or WPWR. Read the tea leaves, SCAM.

Looks real bad right now. Website is down, no phone, no legal address, no communication with mgt. and the usual lies being posted everyday. Time for everyone to bombard the SEC with complaints. My advice is to not use their online forms, because you never hear back from them. They probably just delete them.
Send a certified or better yet a registered mail letter that they can' just ignore. Send copies to the Attorney General of the State as well.
They will have to act if they get enough complaints that they don't just simply delete.

Next yr. 2016 will be HUGE. Long term planning for MEEXF and WPWR. 2016 will be a good news year. Oil/gas is ready to pump into the MRU's. Demand will be greater than supply.

There is a new bidder - I've never ever seen PI anywhere in the past few years I've been messing with these canadian stocks. TD dropped off bidding .07 and this new PI is buying at .10 - There is something extremely crooked and odd about the way it trades - it was ready to crash below .04 and then it gets bumped up.

It's so weird I barely bid on it anymore, its a waste of time and capital that could be put to work on something that moves and has even just a little interest.

Recently bought 2 mil more WPWR to try to average down as much as possible. I will have to be satisfied if something happens with WPWR.

It appears to be a single buyer trying to spike a buying blitz. Dare I say it is a US based buyer?

.025 is the max I would buy in at, and that's only if I was trading at 2 am on a saturday night after 3 pitchers of brew.

Looks like they are spiking the punch, selling above the bid. trade mirrors canadian trade. Scotia bought Anonymous' shares he bought last month(TO THE DAY) for about a 100% gain.

This went un-noticed here in the states.

Not a big deal but it reads well. They know that it's not gonna hit .25 by Feb so they are cancelling the options before end of year, I'm not sure whether they have a tax benefit or not.

I do know that now until end of year is share dumping time for Canadian's wanting to shed their losses on a dollar for dollar basis. Now is the time to be searching the Canadian exchanges for bargains.

Ernie, Thank you very much for the info. To be honest I didn't have a clue how it all worked. I have been relying on my gut and instincts which keep telling me something is rotten in Denmark.

I don't trust the Patience brothers AT ALL.

If you buy and hold MEEXF you would be entitled to whatever the MEC commons are entitled to.

Save they declared a dividend in the future for MEC common shares - the divi would be sent to your broker to deposit in your account.

To be honest, I don't believe MEC will ever be profitable, at least not with its current management. Buying MEEXF would be placing a bet that their tech can get patent protection and some other more capable company buys it out and all the insiders just cash out and come up with a new and improved "potential" product.

I would be a buyer under 2 cents but the risk goes up as you add tics.

I don't pay much attention to MEEXF, MEC is what needs to be watched for signs of life. Like I've said before, TD seems the only bidder above a nickel, can't figure out whether they have someone buying or if they are just trying to get the thing to move.

FYI - The conversion from Canadian ticker to US ticker is roughly .004 per penny. So if MEC is selling for a penny you should be able to buy MEEXF for .006 - At least that is how its been working for almost all of my canadian "F" tickers for the past few years.

Ernie, You know a lot more about how these things work than I do.
What happens when a stock is trading on different countries exchanges and the company starts doing business and has profits.
How do the shareholders get any of the distributions with MEC for example if the Canadian side has different share prices than the USA.

Just wondering how it works.

Time to build positions in MEEXF. These shares are cheap and this time next yr., it won't be 10 cents. WPWR and MEEXF, will pop when the MRU is tested on the drill platform. Tremendous interest all over the world. Just a matter of time. I hope to start buying next week. Buy while cheap.....

I really hope I am proved wrong since I have so much invested in WPWR, but they both look like collaborated scams between the Patience brothers.

With TD back on the bid in Canada I expect them to do some trades between accounts to try and show the ticker is not dead.

There is very very little interest in it besides TD which must hold most of the shares.

Take a look at the bid and ask and you might just want to wait until it isn't such a wide spread.

I bought the Texas junker on Friday @ 0001 - I'm looking for a bounce place once the fins come out. The only way I lose the bet is if they pull a sneak RS before I sell.

Grant money from Canada and not one share sold. We can't even prove that is true. Canadian side won't release or answer any questions. I emailed the Canadian institute where the so called MRU is being developed and no answer as of yet, about one month now.

Obama has 4.5 billion in grant money for green projects. If this was true, it would qualify in a heartbeat. The environmentalists in the US would be dancing in the streets. They still have not provided any proof a MRU even exists.

Amazing, with all the so called good news (money from the Canadian Gov ) and not one share sold in the US. Of course the mm's are really playing a game with the bid and ask prices. No one will buy with all the manipulation going on. The price went up 1,920% with no news and now nothing being sold with the so called good news.

Go figure.

TD bought the .135 ask and now the ask is bumped to .25 - Don't see any buyers except TD at these prices.
