New CEO if you read this board listen carefully to the prior post by Renee. This is ultimately your finish if you dont put out some fins. Just dereg it if you are not going to do it. Do the OTCM fins instead. Something... its been 9 months since 8k and you havent even reinstated FL SOS. Whats the point? Is this a stock no one wants to touch with a 10 foot pole????

Well looks like I am the only fool in this. One bookmark and thats me. Not a soul wants to touch this with a 10 foot pole. Even the Market Makers left.lol They dont even want to make a market for it. Now they will be suspended soon then revoked.imo Its at the 2 year late sweet spot. Hope they didnt pay too much for it bc thats money down the drain...

that OS is wrong on a lot of websites; there's another 61,500,000 which is what Oncolix is buying in the reverse merger. Still a good buy though. Check it out man, me and a lot of guys I know are big into it, like million shares each, and the company that's buying it is major, $14.2 mil in VC funding, phase 1 trials on ovarian cancer drug, orphan drug designation, 8 patents, etc.

He did one good China merger, another one looked really good at first but flopped and went dark but thats the cos fault. His own co was the trip zero one but I dont think it ever RS. Only issue is worrying about a RS for a higher OS stock. But usually the merging co requests those I believe. If they find something good for SLLV it should be a good one considering its barely traded, was in .70s .80s range and fell on low vol. Had some asking prices .10 .20s recently.

AEPP will have to check out. Sounds familiar. I think Ive looked at it before. OS looks pretty good. Not extremely low but not at all high. Prob right at a good spot in 30s mil.

Ok thanks. Reason I ask is he's in control of AEPP and selling it to a pharma company through reverse merger and I'm heavy into it, so just trying to grab some info on how real this guy is on coming through with deals like that. From what I can glean about it this is pretty much what he does.

SEC is suspending cos way faster than they used to. Used to be 6-8 years dark then that would be radar but now its like a year or 2. doesnt matter if they are filing 8ks. and having SOS inactive is just icing on the cake.

Looks like they dont want to waste money reinstating unless they can get SEC auditor first. thats just my guess. seen other cos do that when something like this happened. Not sure how much it costs to do FL SOS. NV prob would be 1500 bucks. not sure why they havent done it in a few months time.

I spoke to him once. Seemed like a straight shooter to me. More upfront and honest than most guys Ive spoken to over the years.

Hes got a few shells and/or deals. some stocks trading in dollars, one trip zero. I think I got the new guy right. The message he sent me got cut off at end and only got name.

New CEO is head of a trip zero so Im honestly not that excited on that note. But I think he may have taken over that late in the game after it was a trip. not 100%.

not sure i fully get the deal. someone bought a stake in this but someone else took over CEO.

So this stock has been taken over TWICE yet neither time did it get reinstated on FL SOS. I have to say that is a first Ive seen. One would think the very first step would be bringing it back active....

I dont know if they are aware that they are dangerously late on filings. and to top it off SOS is inactive for a while now.

Might as well just deregister and do OTCM filings instead.... Anyways it seems this stock is cursed.

SLLV .05x.22 will see where its at 6 months from now. Hopefully they keep S/S intact. They own vast majority of it all. Surprised they didnt take the 90%+ on the transaction but will see how it plays out

Well looking at new CEO he does have a couple pretty big things under his belt. Two major accomplishments in my mind. Will see how it plays out. L2 is so thin, a few buys could have it right back where it started at, in the .80s .90s range.imo

I think I know the new CEOs past co. He started it out with some very decent heavy vol 1-2 bucks range and did a really nice FS on the common shares. Crossing fingers he does something cool like this again. Would be freaking awesome. Hopefully hes a cool dude and does things the right way.

I think Im probably one of the only people who owns this on IHUB. Well thats usually the case a lot of times. Sometimes I think these stocks that fall on low vol that actually never did a RM have a chance to get back to glory days. A lot of them do. They are usually the best plays. You buy the bargains that have come back chances. No better story than a stock that starts .90s goes below .10 and goes back to 1.00s

Would like to see OTCM updated soon too by new officers and their plans. Also need FL SOS to be reinstated. Those two things have to be done. They are already behind on SEC filings and SEC isnt playing around these days. They have been suspending just 1 year out on late filers on some stocks. Having a inactive SOS doesnt help. OTCM would have to be updated too bc they are sticklers for that stuff as well.

I wonder if they will get the SEC filings done? Maybe they should just dereg and do OTCM filings. Hopefully they play it smart and get this going to 1.00s first. It started off near there and fell on low vol. Not many shares avail on l2. looks pretty thin. just 1600 vol today wiped out .17s and MM moved to .30. prob has 2500 each .10 increment.

US Advanced Resources LLC utilized its own funds to acquire the shares of common stock of the Company. As a result of this acquisition, US Advanced Resources LLC owns 59% of the issued and outstanding shares of common stock of the Company.

There are arrangements or understandings with the former and new control groups regarding the election of directors in that US Advanced Resources LLC will be recommending a change of directors at a time in the near future still to be determined.

I hope to see some fins out soon. Crossing fingers they got the auditor sorted out. I think this will be a very good one indeed. Im really surprised no one even has .10+ bids in... Thats got to be a knock out fill if one was to get filled there.
