Its just a sham show of "we're buying out them" and "they're buying out us"- and honestly their conversion doesn't make any sense; why give 1 share of a .02 per share company away for 8 shares of a .0003-per-share company? It doesn't add up to suit the favor of the institution. You know that tells me? Someone is going to get massively diluted or dumped on; and i think i know who that's going to be.

Read the releases... first SEIL was buying all assets of PMEA... then Joseph says that thre will be a stock dividend.. for the solar company... HMMMMMM

And the lack of public knowledge is just not shareholder friendly for any of these entities at this point... SEIL... zero volume today... and now a bid of .02 which I expect to see drop substantially when the MCA shareholders get their shares...

So we wait to see.. what is really happening here....

I think the stock dividend is part of the 484 million plus shares SEIL will be adding for the solar and cannabis acquisitions. Assuming an even split there would be 242 million shares issued for the stock dividend
