I missed it this week. He never says anything other than, "shout out from Kansas", thank you, then has a list that lasts, 3-4 minutes of people he's thanking. If he says they bought something, he NEVER elaborates. He speaks in general terms. When he announced about the new TA, he followed with "but I won't say who it is now". Then about 3 months ago, he said he'd tell who the TA was, but he never did.

No one seems to question his motives, or why his calls are structured that way. It's amazes me.

LOL....let's see now....how many days to the end of the month??? lol.....before another one has come and gone...I remember when he said they would have it by Christmas....that was a very exciting time!

I can't figure out exactly what point you are trying to make, but Harley is most definitely talking about the same thing as you. Harley responded to you saying that the section you are referring to is almost strictly made up of PR releases. Therefore it's mostly news the company wants the public to know about. (I don't know if that's exactly how it works or not but I trust his information about it).

I can't figure out if you are in denial that WTAI really did get their registration revoked or if you are really that hung up on the WTAI news board not being up to date that you keep bringing it up

I honestly don't know of a single stock symbol listed on IHUB that has that section completely up to date and showing ever bit of news available. Do you know of one that is?

But anyways the documentation is there printed out and posted by the SEC on their website that WTAI is no longer a registered stock. The link has been posted more than once on the forum here.

Maybe it will also eventually get posted in the news section for you, but i really hope you aren't waiting for it to get posted there before you accept it as fact or truth.

Excellent and intelligent post! Fiat currency was the one of the largest blunders of the world. Every currency ever invented has collapsed and gold has been the only proven stable means in which to hold wealth and hedge inflation. In terms of how simple economics works - the current value American dollar is one of the biggest scams that I see out there now!

The ones at the top make all the money...what a game...I only have one stock left, and I have sold all the rest, not to buy any more penny stock...I have gold and silver now...and it's been going up nicely. I bought silver when it was 6-9 an ounce...and gold below 800.00, but that's getting a bit high. That can always be traded when you need money...and our dollar is getting ready to crash soon. They have been talking about replacing it...so hopefully, gold and silver will be a good investment, from fiat money to intrinsic value.

Welcome to Penny stock Boot Camp. I rarely touch them anymore, I like to trade big board options; high liquidity, large returns in a matter of days or even hours. Penny stocks are for very experienced traders or those looking to get rich quick. WTAI made someone money, like those that may have been front-loading as its called...then *announce* they have acquired it, knowing full well its about to be suspended, all sell their shares...pretty easy, and dirty.

Perhaps, this throw away company was a last attempt at a pump and dump, so Petro could raise money for fines. Just a thought.....since purchasing this company doesn't seem like a wise investment, so perhaps, it was a wise move for those involved in the purchase and sale....penny stocks are brutal...

Whooaaa, nodummy...failure to file is far from fraud. Even Van Broeke states "or could have their stock used for fraudulent investment" which certainly was the story in WTAI's early days back when it was fully reporting. As for No Information, they even state "The No Information (N/I) status means the company is unwilling or unable to disclose information".

During WTAI's latter years, there was absolutely no income whatsoever and the new CEO, Bill Kennedy, funded the monthly expenses out of his own pocket. There was simply no money to pay for expensive audited filings.

The fact that the SEC let them go 6 years without filing tells me that there were no red flags to put them on the SEC radar...until days before the sale of the company to Petro.

Never once did Bill Kennedy ever try to sell a single share even to pay expenses. Insider holdings were always kept current as well as the OS. No one really knew the float thanks to the mess the founder, Doug Norman, left the company in. Even a share audit cost money.

WTAI is now revoked not because it was a fraud but only because Owen went through with the purchase even after the 10 day suspension...but never followed up with the required filings.

Why didn't he? Who knows? The most logical reason would have been the expense but that would have been pretty obvious before the deal was consummated.

Maybe someone would like to call to find out?

I know your post was not directed to me but it goes against my nature to see an honest man's name get tarnished, even as indirectly as this, without speaking up with the facts.

The problem with Van Broeke's Fraud Index is that innocent companies can be listed along with outright frauds. The SEC's Caveat Emptor indicates detrimental info or lack of enough important data for a prudent investor to make an informed investing decision. WTAI fell into that latter category.

the vanbroeke one you provided the link for

i was impressed with their ability to sniff out WTAI as a fraudulent company, but of course when you look at the details (6 years of not following the SEC regulations) that probably wasn't too hard to do

regardless it interested me so I wrote them an email asking if they knew much about PTRZ or Petro America and they wrote me back saying they had some information that would interest me but asked me for my phone number so they could share it

i'd rather not give out my phone number so i wrote back again asking if it was possible to just pass all information on via emails
if they end up only wanting to share information on the phone would you or harley or flaflyersfan we interested in talking with them?

i don't know if it's good information or bad information and again I know little about the vanbroeke but i'm very interested to find out what they have to say
