IHSN ~ talk about a past filled with turmoil.

The past year of operations has been nothing less than disappointing.

It could have been a good thing. If someone was to look into the people involved like Forbes Riley ~ The Queen of Fitness, and Tim Harrington, brother of Kevin Harrington(anybody hear of HNHI?). If you don't know who Tim or Kevin Harrington is check out ABC's 'Shark Tank'. Tim is Kevin's brother, you would think something good would come out of this. Too bad Tim can't live up to big brother's reputation.

I was all for it. However, the inability to provide a revenue stream for IHSN/Chris Winter was unacceptable.

This new venture with Carmil Energy could quite possibly be a force to be reckoned with.

I think this may turn out to be 'something special'.

Currently, IHSN does not file with the SEC. There has been communication with Chris Winter by another RELIABLE poster on the board where CW said this process is in motion.

There is an Open House planned for everyone to see this technology Carmil has to offer. Mr. Mills has urged me to be there. Others that can make it are also invited.

Forget infommercials and forget Tim Harrington, IHSN and Carmil Energy are headed for the big leagues.

Comamtech Inc. ("Comamtech") (PINK SHEETS: COMT) is pleased to announce that its shareholders have approved a reverse takeover transaction with DecisionPoint Systems, Inc. ("DecisionPoint") (OTCBB: DNPI), pursuant to a plan of arrangement (the "Plan of Arrangement"). On October 20, 2010, Comamtech and DecisionPoint jointly announced that they had entered into an arrangement agreement with 2259736 Ontario Inc. ("MergerCo"), a newly incorporated wholly-owned subsidiary of Comamtech, with respect to an arrangement pursuant to which Comamtech (through MergerCo) will acquire all the issued and outstanding shares of DecisionPoint in a reverse take-over (the "Arrangement"). Comamtech and MergerCo will subsequently be continued under the General Corporation Law of the State of Delaware (the "Continuance").

A special meeting of shareholders was held today (the "Special Meeting"), whereby a special resolution approving the Plan of Arrangement and a special resolution approving the Continuance were each approved by 99% of the votes cast by shareholders of Comamtech represented in person or by proxy at the Special Meeting. Comamtech's board of directors had previously unanimously recommended that holders of Comamtech common shares vote in favour of the Plan of Arrangement and the Continuance.

The Arrangement will be completed by way of a statutory plan of arrangement under section 182 of the Business Corporations Act (Ontario) and requires the approval of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List). The hearing in respect of the final order (the "Final Order") to approve the Arrangement is currently anticipated to be held on March 8, 2011. If the Final Order is obtained on March 8, 2011, and all other conditions to completion of the Arrangement and Continuance are satisfied or waived, it is anticipated that the Arrangement and Continuance will be completed on or about March 31, 2011.

Norse Energy to Sell Selected Midstream Assets

Norse Energy Corp. ASA ("NEC" ticker Oslo Stock Exchange, Norway;
"NSEEY" ticker U.S. OTC) announces that it has signed a Letter of Intent
to sell certain of its midstream assets to Appalachian Transmission and
Marketing LLC ("Appalachian"). The midstream assets consist of the
Company's Norse Pipeline, LLC, Nornew Energy Supply, Inc. and
Mid-American Natural Resources, LLC.

The Letter of Intent is not a binding contract. It is subject to
agreement on final contract terms, additional due diligence, regulatory
approval and Company board approval. The Company can give no assurance
that a final contract will be reached with Appalachian. At such time as
a definitive agreement is reached with Appalachian, the details of the
transaction will be announced.

Appalachian Transmission and Marketing is a company formed by Øivind
Risberg who is the former Chief Executive Officer of Norse Energy.

strategy of divesting non-core assets, on favorable terms, to
concentrate on our core exploration and production business," according
to Mark Dice, Chief Executive Officer."

Norse Energy has total contingent resources of ~4 TCF (~713 MMBOE) at

net acres in New York State. The Company also owns a natural gas
marketing business and operates pipeline systems in New York and
Pennsylvania for gathering and transmission of natural gas.

TULSA, Okla. - Williams Partners L.P. (NYSE: WPZ) announced on Nov. 18 that it is significantly expanding its midstream business in Pennsylvania's Marcellus Shale.
The partnership has agreed to acquire Cabot Oil & Gas Corp.'s midstream assets located in Susquehanna County, Pa., for $150 million. The Cabot assets include some 75 miles of gathering pipelines and two compressor stations.

SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- Technology stocks edged lower in the final trading session of the year on Friday but the Nasdaq Composite Index still ended 2010 near its highest level in three years.

The Nasdaq (RIXF) finished down less than 1% at 2,653 points, off its peak of 2,675 earlier this month. The benchmark closed 2009 at 2,269 points and dropped as low as 2,061 in July before mounting its recovery along with the rest of the U.S. equity market.

As Friday's session, shares of big-screen cinema chain Imax Corp. (IMAX) were the most actively traded, surging 5% to close at $28.07 on reports Sony Corp. (SNE) and Walt Disney (DIS) may be interested in bidding for the company. (Good Luck To Sony and /or Disney to pull that off)....................................... IMAX shares have more than doubled this year. Elsewhere, it was a mostly quiet day for the regular cast of high-tech notables, with the likes of Microsoft Corp. (MSFT), Cisco Systems (CSCO), Google Inc. (GOOG) and Apple Inc. (AAPL) all hovering near breakeven.

Apple, the most heavily-weighted of the Nasdaq's near 2,700 components, has notched a 53% surge so far this year, thanks in part to the success of its IPad table computer.

Google, which has evolved into one of Apple's staunchest competitors on the browser and mobile phone operating systems fronts, actually saw its share price dip more than 4% despite glowing headlines.

Among software rivals, Microsoft is down more than 8% in 2010 while Oracle Corp.(ORCL), with its appetite for high-profile acquisitions, has enjoyed a 28% gain year-to-date.

Separately, NetFlix, Inc. (NFLX) shares drifted 2.3% lower during Friday's session, but that didn't take away from their spectacular rally this year. Riding strong growth in its steaming movie and TV business, the stock is up 219% in 2010 with international expansion key to further growth in coming years.

He has been the CFO of a public energy marketing company and a private multi-national telecom marketing company before joining Norse Energy in the US. Mr. Boughrum has a BS in Journalism and an MS in Communications from the University of Illinois and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Illinois. Mr. Boughrum is a citizen.
