As-of-today, the-courts-have-confirmed-AREXQ's-chapter-11-Plan.Common-shareholders-will-be-wiped-out as per the Chapter 11 plan. This can happen at anytime now. I sold my last few shares into the $0.0070 bid. There is still a large bid at $0.0070 but I doubt it will last long, I wouldn't expect anything higher.

No longer paying to host the site was my first thought. I don’t appreciate people pumping or trying to mislead people with bad information that clearly isn’t true but could have persuaded someone to buy shares of a company that’s closing. People should provide comments and info that helps.

Hilarious watching banter about web.com on a board for a bankrupt oil company where the commons are getting canceled which is verifiable in the latest dockets from the bankruptcy fillings in court.

Its likely they no longer are paying to host a website when the company is dissolving, all commons expunged (gone). If you are dumb enough to believe they are merging with a web hosting company then this is your dip! Get your order in.....

With the simplest of DD you can read Docket #643 which shows Class 6 interest (commons) canceled. I believe #645 confirms Class 6 commons deleted as well.

The people on this board have been very helpful by share useful information and their knowledge. We want want to make money which means questioning until we get answers to make better decisions. Web.com did sell but for $25 a share almost 2 1/2 years ago and comparing that sale with the value of AREXQ doesn’t make any sense.

I was trying to understand what caused the spike but its starting to look like it was just another pump by new people showing up. I hope I’m wrong.
