Simoun S. Ung

Simoun Ung is an independent director.  From December 1998 until the present, Mr. Ung has been president of FSC Holdings Corporation, doing business as Four Star Consulting, a company specializing in financial consulting for packaging official development assistance for infrastructure projects in the Philippines, specifically environmental projects to be funded by the Government of Japan.  From May 2009 until the present, Mr. Ung has been President and Chief Executive Officer of PVB Card Corporation, a Visa and China Union Pay issuer and acquirer.  From November 2004 until April 2009, Mr. Ung was Chief Executive Officer of CNP Worldwide, Inc., an Internet payment service provider.  Mr. Ung is a co-founder and, since its inception in the last quarter of 2005, has been a board member of, Bastion Payment Systems Corporation, a Tier-1 third-party payment processor.  Bastion utilizes its in-house research and development team to develop proprietary payment solutions and systems for card processing and acquiring, card fraud management, merchant management and boarding, merchant risk control and identification, and web site payment page hosting.  From March 2006 until March 2008, Mr. Ung was a director and Chairman of the Board of Century Peak Corporation, a privately held mining company, until its listing by reverse merger into Century Peak Metal Holdings Corporation (Philippine Stock Exchange: CPM).  From December 2007 until October 2009, Mr. Ung was a director of Mobiclear Inc., a U.S. publicly traded company.  Mr. Ung also serves on the board of directors of Transpacific Broadband Group Inc. (Philippine Stock Exchange: TBGI) and Federal Resources Investment Group, Inc. Dr. Iavachev has been involved in the renewable energy sector since 2001. He has led the development of more then 1200MW of installed capacity in the renewable energy sector. He is an expert in Wind Power, Solar and Biomass power stations. His area of expertise includes, power station investment analysis and the development of both, large and small scale BOO ( Build, Operate & Own) and BOT (Build, Operate and Transfer) He was a key member of the international team for 710 MW installed power rehabilitation programme for Negotino TPP in Macedonia from 2006 to 2007.

Before that as director of "Corporate Finance" Dept. Post Bank Sofia, Bulgaria where he was responsible for several mid size loans in total of 24 m DM approved and paid back prominently. From 1996 to 2001 Dr. Iavachev was Director Privatisation fund "New century holdings", Sofia, Bulgaria, where he was managing the portfolio of 100 m DM during 2 years of privatisation.

Arul Joe Matthias, B.E., M.Engg., M.B.A.

Mr. Matthias holds an MBA from the Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand. He is an expert in private power generation & greenhouse gas emissions from biomass power projects. He has been an advisor on more then 100 biomass projects to the European commission and the Governments of Philippines, Thailand and Nigeria. He specializes in Clean Development Mechanism project development, risk management and technology selection. Mr. Matthias is also frequent speaker at international biomass conferences.

Dr. Balasankari, B.E., M.Engg., PhD

Dr. Balasankari has a PHD in farm power and machinery from the Tami Nadu University of India. She is also a gold medalist for outstanding performance from the Asian Institute of technology Thailand. She is an expert in financing of energy projects and financial modeling for power plants. She has executed more then 19 Biomass projects in Thailand, Philippines, Singapore and Nigeria.
