Actually he married the gal. She is Thai, from Chiang Mai (Northern Thailand) and the temple is nearby. Such a shame that he came back from his honeymoon in Dec 2008, got a felony DWI on new years day 2009, lost his $job$, his ability to travel back to his bride, and 18 months later, died of complications due to HEP-C. Life can be cruel. S~P

Wolverine appoints Dr. David Chalk and Richard Haderer to the Board of Directors and enters into an Agreement for the Acquisition of a 25% Interest in Enigma

Vancouver, British Columbia, April 14, 2015-Wolverine Exploration Inc. (“Wolverine”) (OTC Pink: WOLV) announced today that it has entered into a Share Exchange and Royalty Agreement (the “Agreement”) with Dr. David Chalk, hd.Tech (“Chalk”). Under the terms of the Agreement, Wolverine will acquire a 25% interest in the process technology and cyber security company ENIGMAMobil Inc. (“Enigma”) from Chalk for the purchase price of USD $3,000,000, to be paid in shares of common stock of Wolverine at a deemed price of USD$0.01 per share (the “Shares”). Wolverine will also receive a 25% royalty of all gross revenue received by Enigma from the sale of licenses of the ENIGMAMobil™ mobile security app.  The Agreement is subject to Enigma completing a financing of USD$2,500,000 and Wolverine increasing its authorized capital of common stock to allow for the issuance of the Shares and Finders’ Shares (as defined below).

Additionally, closing of the Agreement will involve Wolverine issuing a finder’s fee consisting of 30,000,000 common shares of Wolverine (the “Finder’s Shares”) and grant a 10% royalty of all gross revenue received by Enigma from the sale of licenses of the ENIGMAMobil™ mobile security app received by Wolverine to Texada Consulting Inc.

Wolverine is also pleased to announce that Chalk has been appointed to the board of Directors of Wolverine. Chalk is a leading technology and cyber security expert whose knowledge and understanding regarding the current state of cyber threats is unsurpassed.

Chalk is a pioneer in the technology industry having created Doppler Computers and Chalk Media Inc. which was sold to Research in Motion, now Blackberry, in 2009. Brother Muaythai had a very kind heart and also

loved to fish. I look at his pictures from time to time.

One of his favorite plays went Big Board just like he

Wow, look at PM go! Gold breaks $1300 (+40.40) and silver breaks above $20 (+.95) as I write this. I was reading an article that deflationary pressures would keep PM range-bound until 2015, then breakout time. Long term chart on gold shows a very bullish market since 1969. But compare to the price of gold in 1969 dollars. Short term I think we are in the midst of a concerted effort to suppress PM...which won't last as long as some may think. S~P

As you can see, few read posts here on Muaythai's miners...but your post is welcome. IMHO, all miners are so vastly oversold, one can't help but pick a "WINNER" in the mining sector these days. With silver back below $20, I've been making some good value buys in silver dollars, etc. (silver coin not bullion). I can't see mining stocks declining any more in value, unless the stock market sells big, and investors flee to safety. Nice to hear from you...and have a special holiday season.

DBRM is set to explode over 2014. Their Kern County Cali properties are nice but they just took partial lease in some land in Kentucky that is easy to drill and will be very rewarding. Of course, do your own DD folks - just passin along one of my winners that isnt near fair value and will be reporting a profit in the next quarters end
