I see Fergus replied, he was around when XA was bought out I do believe. He may know how many shares of XA it took to swap out for each share of CMGO stock. That should have been done automatically and your broker would have charged a fee for handing the share transferal.

This is all assumption and guess on my part.

I just found out XAIN is gone and no longer exists as of today, I thought it happened long ago so I was surprised to see them still on this list. So you're right, if anyone still has XAIN shares they are worthless.

I wasn't around at that time but when XAIN was bought out by CMGO, the shareholders should have gotten replacement shares...CMGO in place of XAIN shares. In light of this, I don't think there are any more XA shareholders...it's now CMGO shares.

Any further questions about XA should be directed to the CMGO management...owners of XA. CMGO is in the process of updating the website which will include XA, as well as the CMGO OTC information like you referred to for XA.

Correct, the shell is gone, but the company is alive and well generating 6M yr., subsidiary of CMGO Holdings Group Inc.

Xa, has been in business since 1989.

CMGO is also debt free and deserves real DD...a sleeper gem. Will wake up soon again.

XAIN no longer exits. The company that used to be XAIN is now a division of CMGO and all the SEC filings, etc are all together under the CMGO symbol.

We are currently getting in touch with the CMGO management to get the same info updated for CMGO. I'll let them know about this as well. They may want to "confirm the location" of XA. We know where it is, although it has no stock or shareholders at this time.

I agree they are a real company..XA, The experiential Agency...what I'm trying to tell you is that CMG Holdings Group purchased the company in full. They operate as a sub of CMGO.

They used to trade independently under the XAIN symbol. That is no longer the case. XAIN is empty shell.
