I believe it has to do with SIRC's Common Stock.

I am not positive, but I believe it has to do with below.

Pending Litigation against SIRC

Seven Lawsuits against SIRC----Plus SIRC filed one to make eight Lawsuits

SIRC said that they would clean them up----Now they have more.

I did not see SIRC against Massy----and Arbiter

Brad still doesn't know what year it is.

There was another SIRC filing today 4-17-2024.

The Annual Report was amended again for the year ending 12-31-2023.

They did change the outstanding shares again from the
Attorneys Letter. A little over a billion shares.

Most likely other changes.

There was another filing today for SIRC. For current information

It has to do with Rule 144, which I believe Is for changing Restricted Stock To- Unrestricted Stock.

It is an Atorney Letter from Newlan Law Firm, PLLC. Also includes other information.

The outstanding Comon Stock is 4,387,694,945

Intrinsic value might be zero. Pretty close to that anyway.

But that doesn't mean somebody won't overpay to take them off your hands.

Don't be so hard on Brad. Getting the right date is very complex, it changes on a daily basis.

Especially when he is so focused on increasing value for s/h. It is easy to get distracted.

Being that all prior earnings have had to be re-stated, this date will get re-stated as well.

When Brad certified the ANNUAL Report--I believe he put the wrong year down--should be April 1, 2024. I assume if it gets caught, he will have to sign it again.

The market cap is going down not up.
The lower the stock goes the lower the market cap.
The Market Cap. would stay the same even if SIRC had another reverse split.

On a good note, SIRC has WORK IN PROGRESS RECEIVABLE.NET Iin the fourth quarter. See Annual Report about $5,000,000.

I was just saying what E-trade did.
They changed it back again today.

MARKET CAP went way up and business went to zero...... $15 million in debt the selling of shares even if they reversed this 10 times could not even with stand the interest payments on the debt .....

THIS IS DEAD , $15 million in debt , this is a merry go round of conversions and will never end ........they have reverse all their IR guys to zero and they will reverse again and again and again like DTII , until it is dead ........ there is no way out of this ......sorry wish I could say something different but it is definitely done !

I could be wrong, but I believe what you are saying is prior to the Annual Filing.
See 9 months ending September 30, 2023.

There is a lot of information in this report.

I noticed that they got rid of most of the Goodwill.
The fourth quarter itself had a lot baked into it already from prior Quarters, I believe.

.
But it looked better to me than I expected.

It looks like it has no effect on the trading.

Can someone explain these trades of 1 share, 2 shares, 7 shares etc. on SIRC? It usually happens before a slew of trades to the downside.

Like just now---was having a nice bunch of trades at .0003. Then 1 share trades at .0002. quiet for a minute or so, then two 40 million share trades at .0002 (which might be a duplication). But this has been happening quite often on the way down.
