Good question??? Guess everyone knows that this is a lost endevor....so would be the assumption as they disregarded the SEC requirements......don't know the full details. But never the less they are revoked. The board here on IHub ......just a another pink stock that went out....?? Don't know?

A privet company, now as it stands.......what now? Seems to be still a company...where do we take this at this point... we still have stock????

Private company or public....they still have some obligations to the share holders...........what's next?

It is an absolute shame what happened here although I knew all along it would eventually catch up to the whole gang of thieves led by El Bandito Pinedo. I thought it was strange when he shuffled all of the imaginary leases over to ACLY and piggy backed (seemed more like a hostile takeover) into Implantable Vision. I will not say I told you so but more that I tried to warn all. I hope for all of your sake that you recoup what you have lost. What a shame!

This is not over just because they have been taken from the markets they will be investigated and they still will have to answer for all of this. I told you this before but you keep saying no. I told you they would be suspended permanently because of not communicating nor having valid numbers or address. And there is still more that i know that i will not tell you. This is not over.

The SEC is moving faster to revoke registrations when companies are primarily suspended for not filing Financials. Even when the SEC includes other allegations in some suspensions those allegations require civil charges and must have a guilty verdict before the SEC can file to the Court to revoke. Whereas the SEC can file to the Court to revoke a registration immediately after the ten day demand to file Financials has passed.

Arcland had ample warning from the SEC. Evidently Arcland ignored the SEC's demands.

Excerpt from Arcland's Suspension:

IT IS HEREBY FURTHER ORDERED that Respondents shall file an Answer to the allegations contained in this Order within ten (10) days after service of this Order, as provided by Rule 220(b) of the Commission’s Rules of Practice [17 C.F.R. § 201.220(b)].

If Respondents fail to file the directed Answers, or fail to appear at a hearing after being duly notified, the Respondents, and any successor under Exchange Act Rules 12b-2 or 12g-3, and any new corporate names of any Respondents, may be deemed in default and the proceedings may be determined against it upon consideration of this Order, the allegations of which may be deemed to be true as provided by Rules 155(a), 220(f), 221(f), and 310 of the Commission’s Rules of Practice [17 C.F.R. §§ 201.155(a), 201.220(f), 201.221(f), and 201.310].

Masc, I am just a share holder that takes time to contact the company...both PGPM and ACLY, ask questions and sometimes get responses. I gotten them from both RP and Matt and pass along here some info from those correspondences.

Those who read my posts can form their own opinion, but I don't lie for anyone but pass along some of the responses. I am just as frustrated with what these companies are doing just like anyone else.

You figure out if the statement is true or not, I just passed it along!

In the case of suspension.....who's minding the store? What SAY other board members, the president and others in charge.......??? Are they all ignorant or IN it? Accountable to stock holders.......what, does that mean, anything?

No response, no damage control, no quick action, no information, no SEC filings, no website postings, No.....No podemos hacer nada, no tenemos plan, salimos al por menor del proceso, y luego ir a todas las acciones nosotros mismos .... entonces ganar dinero con los rusos luego de lado y tomar todo! Ok first of all lets look at the facts. ACLY does not have the financials audited. Why you ask do i say that. Well the SEC does not just suspend a stock for no reason and without warning. RP knew this was coming. Or he ignored everything which is worse. The SEC investigators try to contact the company and try to resolve issues they give them deadlines. If RP and MATT had the financials as they said they did before this mess started this could have been avoided. PERIOD. Anyone telling you otherwise is lying.

This is a very bad spot ACLY is in. They have not filled anything and they hold everything that PGPM owned. This will be in front of a judge and there is a strong possibility that this company gets shut down. That means PGPM will never get paid the leases become property of the US government and then you will see the next shoe to drop will be PGPM.

Lets assume they file all the papers they will still have to answer why this happened and there is no good reason to my knowledge especially when they have publicly stated on these boards everything was ready via MATT.

There is also the issue that no true company hides contact information as RP and company. Any number that has ever been published has been disconnected a few days later. There is no real company that does that. PERIOD.

And as for many here that drank MATT's and RP's cool aid, they forget is that if their mouth is moving they are lying. Why ? Simple because if it was true you would see actions not talk.

If anyone tells you different ask them a simple question PROVE IT !!!! They cannot.

you think the clearance of acly for trading is a harbinger of things to come (either good or bad)? any thoughts?

anyway, the only positive indication that i see is that if it was me and i was hiding or perpetuating an ongoing scam, i never would have made the comments/posts made by matt over the past year. more a person spouts, more potential avenues of trouble he creates for himself. if it was all garbage, really the only purpose served that i can see would be an enjoyment of taunting/fulfillment of ego. certainly, there was no generationg of an upward move which would benefit insider dumping, and no downward move which would benefit insider acquisition, and to my knowledge, no forebearance by any regulators which was generated. generally, pinkie owners do not have enough invested for them to hire lawyers unless overt theft, and a viable source of recovery - don't know that either is present here.

i simply have no clue as to motives (good or bad), underlying intent (good or bad), or actual status, so can make no accusations - some of this crap has never made an sense to me from the beginning (other than initial capitalization) - usually there is some rationale - as to communications from matt/pgpm in the past year, i see none.

again, any thoughts? maybe the best move would be to request a paper certificate, and assign a share each to everyone i know, then we can all request our own certificates and paper the walls of our basements.
