XNGR is severely delinquent in filing their Financials and corporate filing obligations to the SEC. On Feb. 20, 2015 the SEC suspended 8 stocks from the Delinquent SEC Filers list, and it is likely that more delinquent Filers will be suspended.

Since Jan 1st, 2010 the SEC has suspended over 1290 stocks for Financials delinquencies. All of those Suspended stocks had their stock registrations revoked.

Shareholders should contact the company and pressure the Mgmt to file their delinquent Financials because ALL shareholders would be wiped out IF the SEC suspends the stock.

Company Seeks to Raise $10 million via Equity Line
DETROIT, Oct. 28, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Exergetic Energy, Inc. (EEI) (OTCBB: XNGR), an integrated energy supply company, announced that on October 26, 2011, FINRA approved its OTCBB application. Now, EEI will resubmit its S1 registration statement for the $10 million equity line (Press Release Issued 3/24/2011) that was initially negotiated through Auctus Private Equity Group, LLC in March of 2011.

"We are excited about achieving this key objective," stated Clarence B. McCollum, chairman and CEO of EEI. "Pursuant to the SEC's recommendation, EEI withdrew its S1 application to apply to OTCBB. It is very important to the company and our investors that we are listed on OTCBB and are moving forward with the S1 application." McCollum also said that by having access to the $10 million drawdown equity line, EEI will be able to underwrite the construction of a 1.5MW solar farm facility in Desoto County, Florida. EEI has also expressed interest in acquiring property in Detroit, Michigan, to develop a renewable energy power plant within the city. Additionally, in the Northwest region of the country, EEI is in discussions to develop two 20MW solar plants in the upcoming year to increase the use of solar energy in those areas and create construction and renewable energy jobs.

Reducing the Human Carbon Footprint

SSI's green earth initiative is to reduce carbon footprint and greenhouse gas emissions, and as a result has re-organized its business units into three major areas.

Lighting Systems: Specialized Services, Inc. anticipates providing energy efficient lighting systems and solutions by 3rd quarter 2008 and grow the business to achieve $3 million in sales within the first year and $15 million by year 2011. This business unit will supply and replace new technology light systems that will reduce energy consumption by 25% to 40%, produce a payback on investment within 2.5 years, and generate an internal rate of return that exceeds 35%.
Renewable Energy: By leveraging existing customers (and new ones), Specialized Services anticipates being a provider of alternative energy components that center around solar, geothermal, wind and hydro energy products.

Transportation Fuel: Specialized Services announces the transformation of its transportation fuel business to integration and supply of bio diesel fuel from palm and jatropha oil, both non-food sources. In addition to its core sales of diesel fuel, Specialized Services anticipates it will expand its offerings to sell bio-fuel blend to its existing customer base (who consumes over 500,000 gallons per month) as well as new customers. The company has validated the business model to competitive deliver bio-diesel fuel at market price while achieving its business goals.
