Whats the chance this company gets current with their filings? Found some news on them by googling the Germany office. They are in the pv power plants 2012 and they are now in Japan and they are financing some plants in 2012. Why do they not file and release current news in a timely manner.

Looks like we may be finally getting some action on $PFGYE. Good volume buys at the ask of .04. The last time there was decent volume on this, it was in the .40's. The chart isn't the typical penny dumping.

From the earlier filing.

Note 15 – Subsequent Event

On June 2, 2011, Tianjin Zhonghuan Co., Ltd. (“Tianjin Zhonghuan”), an A-share listed company in China’s Shenzhen Stock Exchange announced that its Board of Directors approved the purchase of shares of the Company’s common stock for an aggregate purchase price of not more than $6.3 million. Upon closing, Tianjin Zhonghuan will own a 35% stake in the Company. A definitive agreement has not been entered into, and the Company is in negotiations with Tianjin Zhonghuan to enter into a definitive agreement for this sale. There is no assurance that the sale will be consummated.

If you do the math, this is what it looks like:

$6.3 million / 35% = $18 million total value / 30 million shares = .60 a share

Options at .20.

OK, I finally ran down the SEC info. It didn't show up on a lot of the sites, including Yahoo.

It's disappointing that they didn't file by the middle of January. It's kind of weird.....they've always reported on time. And, when they were unable to file on time in December, they filed for an extension. But, it appears that nothing has come of it so far.

PFGY always seemed real to me. Even if their numbers weren't great, they always filed on time.

The recent drop was pretty spectacular....it hung around .04 for quite some time. Then, it dropped to .006 quickly. There wasn't a lot of volume, though, during the drop. It seemed like an investor or two unloaded with little buying pressure as it sold off.

They still file, although the current Q is late, with note on the extension of the typical "no" to "Is it anticipated that any significant change in results of operations ....?"

This one was discussed and had a pretty good folloiwng on the Kitchen Board on SI a couple of years ago at as much as almost 100 x current price. Now, I'm assuming it's a total scam, Chinese interlocking, etc., but if you look at the filings, there hasn't been any significant change since the time it was priced higher. In fact, there is a tease in the filings out there about a Chinese company buying a stake in the company which, arguably would value it at 100 x current approximately.

They still file, although the current Q is late, with note on the extension of the typical "no" to "Is it anticipated that any significant change in results of operations ....?"

Share count hasn't changed. (under 30 million from last filing)

Again, probably a total scam, and/or I have it totally wrong, but I've been gambling here sub-penny. Any others following it still?

There has been some news about the launch of a new PE Module: PEM-250/X-60M in May 2011 on the German website of Perfectenergy. Also they were attending the Intersolar Europe 2011 in Munich, which is the world's largest exhibition for the solar industry.

I agree with you DD. PFGY has seemed much stronger the past couple of days. It won't take much to go a lot higher. I think the sellers have backed off.

The purchase of 1/3 interest in PFGY by a large semiconductor company bodes well for shareholders and the company's future.

They wouldn't do it if the company was a fraud.
PFGY also says they need money to expand and become profitable.
This investment should do it.

(c) Appointment of Chief Operating Officer

The Board of Directors appointed Hui Zheng, age 42, as the registrant's Chief Operating Officer (principal operating officer) effective July 4, 2011 for a term of 3 years.

Mr. Zheng has more than 15 years of operational and business management experience at semiconductor equipment, semiconductor manufacturing, and solar wafers, cells, and modules manufacturing facilities. Prior to his appointment with the registrant, Mr. Zheng was Director of Business Development with JA Solar in China, a position he held since September 2008. Prior to that, he was a Member of the Technical Staff at Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation from July 2005 to September 2008 and Product Manager at Applied Materials from May 1997 to July 2005. Mr. Zheng received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin and his Masters of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at San Jose State University. He also attended the MBA Program at Santa Clara University.

In accordance with labor laws of China, the registrant's wholly owned subsidiary, Perfectenergy (Shanghai) Limited ("Perfectenergy Shanghai") entered into an Employment Contract with Mr. Zheng on July 4, 2011 (the "Employment Contract") in connection with his services as the registrant's and Perfectenergy Shanghai's Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Zheng's compensation will consist of a monthly base salary of approximately $9,275 (RMB60,000). His employment may be terminated before the term of employment ends by either party with 30 days' written notice.

So true, ATV, so true. But, as you know, most of these little Chinese companies release very little news. At least, PFGY continues to report their earnings on time. So, that's good. Plus, their numbers are getting better and better. And, that's really good.

It would help if the company did a better job in releasing news to the share holders.
