Now, if the stock were to drift lower, say below $3 a share, I might average cost down (a/k/a throwing good money after bad).
Stating the obvious, the lower share count is great for the PE ratio.
Does this company have an AI plan? That is another issue.
On another note, sold some VTLE today before it goes back under water.

GRRR: reverse split today
How did we miss it? No chance of getting a nice profit from this investment. U own 3K shares and it goes up a couple of dollars, U have a nice profit. You own 300 shares and it goes up
a couple of dollars what do U have. Chump change, relatively speaking.
On a scale of 1 to 10, my interest in this company has dropped from about 8 to 1. Invariably, the price of the penny stocks of companies that do this drifts down after a reverse split. At least that is my observation.
If people were not interested at 80 cents, are they going to be interest at $5+. I think not.
We'll sell how many funds pick up shares. Hope I am wrong, but I don't think so. Experientia docet.

lj: 2024 is going to be a weird year for ngas production and storage. Switching to the other gas, the price at the Marathon I passed in Baltimore City was $3.60, I believe. It is usually the station with the cheapest petrol. Filled my tanks a the week before last, so it was a shock to see the prices today. It is headed to $4 a gallon, imo. Iran is reconsidering its threat to retaliate, so maybe oil prices will stabilize.
Should we be considering DBO. If I buy it, oil will drop $20 a barrel!
