To be honest with you, I would think no. I have no idea how the company operates, nor will you be able to sell with ALPC. That's just a guess. You'll have to take it up with the SEC because the executives at this company aren't very negotiable (I don't know how they're still in business).

I don't mean recently, I meant during their IPO, and if you look at the price of the shares it has a sharp uptick and just dips right after. Not only that i see a bunch of SEC filings of complaints.

I knew my family committed scams and I knew this company was very grey but from what I seen my suspensions were true and far worse than I realized. I was always offered to have some of the shares of this company but I never accepted it because I had this feeling that something was off. I'm just blown away how this company can pump and dump so frequently and not feel bad about it.
