I'm still holding after years of zero progress or movement in the stock, I must be nuts or stop giving a sh*t. I don't know if the management is completely incompetent, lazy or garden variety thieves, or a combination of all three. Yea, I get the Covid thing and turmoil in Sri Lanka but you would think they would communicate to their shareholders something. Shareholders are now just "bag holders", including myself.

Hey Mark, I'm sure you peek here every so often so get off your AS* and make some progress, or maybe fire yourself. Oh, and please fellow shareholders (bag holders) please don't try to defend these guys it's way past time for results-at minimum what, if any progress have made. GL

A friend of mine with in the last 2 months chatted with someone affiliated with STHC/Southcorp on LinkedIn. I believe they are trying to figure out the best course of action. Such as SPAC or other vehicles to get funding. They also got their corporate registration current with the UK recently. They were behind and had to take some measures to bring that status up to date. So this is a very fluid situation still. Hope we hear something publicly even if it is a filing or tweet.

Only guys in the USA
Can sell. Out side the USA
I believe you can buy or sell
The out standing shares are very very low

So either someone wanted out and the only buyer was a 0002!! And that someone buying believes were are going to more up and become current soon just my opinion
I have about 5 million shares not selling at these prices

I was checking the Al Jaz site to see how the "fun for some" goofy cricket games were going...there has been no news about anything viable for moving forward for a nation trying to get its footing back. I see Nov 8 news they are going to build a shipping terminal in Colombo....I guess to export the over abundance of cricket bats.

I actually think Volt is a better buy than STHC.

At least Americans can trade this company on OTC Markets (TORVF).

Their stock price has been "stable" the past 10 months trading between $.04 to $.06. They are also listed on the OTCQB marketplace.

The negatives are that they have NO revenues and have to sell shares (dilution) to help pay for operating expenses.

But they do have an agreement with Ameca, which if it comes to fruition could result in a significant share price increase.
