and finalized it Nov 30, 30 days is about right on the money
for the deal to go through. You'd have to buy 30,000 to end
up with 1,000 after the considation then you get 1/2 the value
of Innovative so your going to be back to square one with a bit
in the green.

So this is a good guess if the DTs will bring it high enough
so you can really make the green and get out.

MIAMI, Nov 30, 2006 (PrimeNewswire via COMTEX) -- Value Holdings Inc. (Pink Sheets:VALH) today announced that it has been notified by Innovative Technology Acquisition Corp. that its shareholders have approved an agreement for Value Holdings Inc. to acquire Innovative Technology Acquisition Corp., in a share exchange.

As part of the acquisition Value Holdings will execute a reverse split of up to 30:1 and will issue 2 new Value Holdings shares for each outstanding Innovative Technology Acquisition share.

Innovative Technology Acquisition Corp. is the producer of Nutraplete, a dietary supplement for people with HIV/AIDS who require nutritional supplementation to maintain lean body mass. Nutraplete is a product of BioSource Therapeutics, Innovative's wholly-owned subsidiary.

As part of the transaction Value Holding will change its name and ticker symbol to better reflect the direction of the company. The finalization of the acquisition is expected to be completed in approximately 30 days. The combined company will trade on the OTC Pink Sheets.

I thought this one is dead? The volume is spike today are you is the one who accumulating all that shares?

as posted in the raging bull..hi everyone, I am an ITAQ shareholder, I have been accumulating VALH, Its simple math for me, ITAQ last traded at .52, and they are giving us 2 for 1, in other words you would get a minumum stock price of .26, IF VALH does a 15 for 1 reverse stock split at .0.017333333333333333333333333333333, you would get exactly an even exchange which is a hell of alot higher from VALH is trading today, for me accumulating VALH at these levels is stealing money do the math, not to mention, ITAQ has a real product, and they will make HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS IN 07 AND BEYOND, we had the stock close to 1 dollar, and then the accoutants killed us into the greys, now finally we will trade again, get ready to make some $$$$$$$

VALH - Excellent Value at the moment!

Just wanted to stop by and give my short-term thoughts on VALH. I tend to be a value type investor, I like to buy in weakness and sell on strength. I may not get the quick momo's but I tend to be very successful with this approach.

Right now the pennies are starting to wake up, its the September effect of recovery from the summer doldrums. VALH has yet to join the party, in fact it is only pennies above a 7 month low! Thus the risk in VALH should be very low at the moment and thus downward potential will be more likely based on actual performance rather than MM manipulation.

VALH quarterly earnings should be out the end of next week and there is no run-up so far. Revenues should be strong and new acquisitions should lend to future gains. Sure there are a lot of outstanding, but how many other pennies have 30 million a quarter in revenue without factoring in new holdings. This stock is due for a run, it will happen when the MM's have accumulated what they want.

jorjenzak- Bot som valh long on friday. Its going to be a MM play for a while just like all BB stocks. But I think it can grow itself out of the BB with sizeable revenues and profit. Looks like its headed that diection anyway. If your patient then could pay off. Also have quite a bit of INVT come over and check the board out, I have been buying it around a buck for a while. But the MMs are keeping it down where they want it also. Now that we are getting out of sumer and into fall and also the market has been setting it self up for a run up maybe we'll see some action. If not there is always football
