Rising and falling of stocks depends on many factors such as world economy, war, other countries share market and so on. I have invested in many stocks and 10 years back, now I am getting good chunk of money.

As of now TD Bank is one of the best stock where you can invest for long term at least for 5 years. There is a probability your money will get multiplied many folds. Hi, all. I'm returning to this board after a hiatus of a few months.

I was watching this company when it had what looked like a good idea, its pre-paid card service. Now as I understand it the company is a "business development company", and is no longer in the card business (although its www.ultima-cards.com site is still there, FWIW). So what exactly do they intend to do - what business are they in?

Also, why is there a question about the outstanding share count? Over on www.otcbb.com, clicking ACSJ brings up a stats window which gives "shares" as 256.12M (which is different from the volume) - isn't that the O/S, or is it just the float?

Sorry if these questions sound naive - TIA for any info.

The company as you have noticed from their recent release has corrected their internal problem that caused the slide..The charts show we are at the bottom and I feel with their intent and current in their filings, we should start to move north back to January's level..

10K is current and just filed on 4/18/05 for period 12/31/04

I would think the next 30 days will determine where this is going. I am holding through then but will re-evaluate my position after that. Perhaps what is needed is a name change here as well, and a clarification on what the O/S is right now. If mgmt can produce that, it would go a long way with investors imo.

the smart buyers and accumulators or the butt end of ACSJ dilution if that is what is happening. I am hoping these rumors of share retirement is true. I think if all plays out according to how we would like, .003 is very realistic. Of course, it would require strong hands on our part to help get it there. I don't plan on selling for anything less than .001 at the bare minimum.

Liquid, do you know if anyone...

has been able to get the latest O/S count from the transfer agent, or even from the company. There is a very interesting post from Dorphor??? on RB going through what Sharkie has been posting and summarizes his DD up to this point. I think that the O/S needs to be revealed though and soon. Let me know if you or anyone else is able to get that info.

On a side note, I think May will be good for ACSJ if all that has been posted pans out and comes true. If dilution has been non-existant or minimal, we could have a very big short covering soon. But getting the O/S is the key. If we are still around 900 million total O/S, I will buy a boatload more. Good luck!
