Look at the ACC/DIST level .... turning back up after bottoming!
Look at the RSI level .... Currently at 51! Heading up to the power zone!
38M Float .... it is trading like it is a lot less than that! 
TY for that bud ... We have a pretty good one here that is grossly UNDERVALUED and a low floater as well (38M)
If you look at the trading last week .... It was low volume trading and this was up 150% last week ... Shows me that the float might even be smaller than the 38M
