Somewhat disappointed that there were no financials after the close today. They may as well have heald off on the Chinese news last week if there was no intention of having more PR/news for two more weeks if not more if there isn't any tomorrow and Monday.The House and Senate may give some good news in the next few days that may have been part of the plan with EXIM this week and financials next week.

The timing would be ideal tomorrow though since the PPS would go near .10 on good financials then the Senate and House approve the Highway/EXIM bill friday? This stock could push .20-.25 by Christmas. This stock is in a good place, I just wish I had doubled up in the two opportunities I have had in the last 3 months.

This stock us simply waiting on news for its next move. The daily up down at this point is meaningless. It needs new investors and that needs news to get them. I for one haven't sold a share in 6 months and have bought on all major dips. There is a big upside here and that may not come for a few months . To Quote A Movie. "Stay the course"

This thing is trying to run today, it looks like shorters are trying to get out before it does so. A tough up and down morning could open things up for a green day after lunch. .042 would be good, looks like people are trying to get in before the next news it makes no sense when the ask it getting hit @.0399 to sell @.026. The bid at one time was .0355 and a sell went through at .034. Only a shorter would do that.

I am sure you had wished you had kept your negative opinions to your self for a few more minutes to stop yourself looking so foolish. Of course the stock will get attacked and the price will try and get lowered by the usual suspects, but a lot of theses trades are not real, its horse trading, as soon as they need to buy shares for real in the open market the price will rise, on low volume and no news it can be manipulated easily, as any stock with low price can be. In the short term as i have said before it will trade in a range, only news good or bad will move it positively in either direction. As i anticipate lots of good news i am firmly in the cheer leading camp.

Thanks for the response. I totally agree with what you're saying.

I had a chance to speak with the CEO today and he's a really nice and informative guy. He pretty much stated the Ex-Im bank situation is what held them up from being able to do most of what they hoped to do this year. From a financials standpoint, he said Q3 is looking like a pretty good return, but they should have better results for Q4 because of the recent sale of the Red Bird System in China. The delay on the financials is not attributed to them, but the financial company doing their Q-10. They've provided all of the information and they're just waiting on it to be filed.

It didn't sound like they have used the O/S to finance their business, as he said they are waiting for the vote on the EX-IM reauthorization by the Senate on Dec. 4th. If this happens, then it will allow them to go and close deals in Panama, Cameroon, and other parts of South America.

I highly doubt they would dilute the shares because the vast majority of the shares owned right now seem to exist with the CEO and many of his friends and family. So they have a lot on the line, much like many of the investors waiting on this company's success. What really sucks, are the shorters who cut into their liquidity by pumping the stock and then causing it to fall so drastically.

They're very focused on making this successful, but he reiterated it will take some patience from the investors, as well as himself to see these things are completed. However, he's planning to head back to Cameroon next week to finalize the deals. Let's just hope the EX-IM bank gets reauthorized

CDNLE-been thinking on it-The late filing is casting a shadow of doubt on the 1 billion shares added-and them saying the shares won't be used.The addition of China_and_the future of CDNLE should still be there. I'm losing money though at this point and am wondering how low will CDNLE go. I think it depends on when the 3rd quarter filings hit.We will find out, if nothing else, what the O/S is (the Outstanding Shares)-If it remains the same as presented,then CDNL is looking very strong going into 2016.IMO the Share Price will continue to go down until the financials are filed. I won't buy to leverage until I see the new OS count.AND if the OS count is higher I will not buy until the Camaroon monies are secured. A very tough call it is right now,because of late filing_and_the addition of shares. The shadow of doubt it casts is understandable.
