The party is over. Confirmation the stock is being cancelled in the Plan now filed with the court.

"Treatment: On the Effective Date, each Holder of an Interest in PCHI shall have its Interest in PCHI cancelled, released, and extinguished without any distribution."

Volume is drying up. This should start trending down soon.

No idea why they permit companies to go to the penny stock market when they're just going to cancel the commons. It just leads to new bagholders being made.

There are no naked shorts in PRTY. You are quoting made up BS from OTCshortreport or a similar paid website that has no factual basis of any kind.

The tip off is the use of the made-up term "squeeze trigger". I suggest you learn what that means and the person that invented that term (and why). You are being played by people using that made-up nonsense to pump and dump the stock..

I think it’s more likely that something is already in the works here which is my speculation only. But this is the first time I’ve ever seen a company file for bankruptcy and have the stock suspended 1) in pre market trading and 2) for the whole day.

This is purely a guess on my part but it looks to me that it’s possible that an offer has already been made for the company.

Usually when a company files for bankruptcy they close any retail outlets and only re-open the profitable ones and often have a fire sale to realise any money they can from existing stock.

As I say, an all day suspension says something is afoot in my view.
