I got 1500 shares back on May 19th and then it shut me down on putting in a sell order. Just like 2 other tickers. This is why I say they are naked shorts - They can sell to me and collect commish and foreign security fee then block my selling because they never had the shares available that they sold me. IT IS A CRIME BUT NOBODY REALLY GIVES A CRAP

But that doesn't mean anything since TD has a bad bad habit of locking me out of naked short shares they sold into my account. They are getting worse and worse with each day that goes by - The SEC & FINRA really need to look into their tactics of screwing investors.

I also read that PWC has assigned 2 peeps to investigate what value there may be left in the assets not purchased. (read this on LNG website dated May 8th) so not sure if this included the Magnolia assets or post Magnolia sale.

It looks like the acquisition is completed a private company bought it, I don't know what is going to happen to this ticker symbol.

I read a little of the info you posted so lnglf is a derivative of lngl and lnglf is controlled by MMS that's not good but all penny stocks are controlled by MMS what gets me is that lnglf will not be considered for dividends from lngl. So to me the only thing to move this stock is the start on of Construction.

For the most part that’s true.... they just filed to up the output by 10%. There a few feasibility studies that have to be done. I don’t see any reason that it won’t be approved.

I sent an email to investor relations to check status of the funding for the magnolia lng facility in Lake Charles, LA. My bro in law works for the contractor that will be building it and said all federal and environmental regulations have been approved. ~$4B project.
