Just another in a long line of scam MMG promos that went south and ended-up with a “for sale sign” on it.

I enjoyed looking back at some of the posts... mine and others, particularly the undisclosed IRP’s from Serbia.

Promoting scams like PTSH is fun IMO.

Guessing is fun. My guess is Any PTSH news that is verifiable will move PTHS's PPS up... news about a RM with some company with a revolutionary product would be sweet.... Or, considering PTSH's history, just an RM with a company selling a boring product- that actually comes to fruition would work too - ha ha - I've seen many times R/M news that moves the market on the OTC. I do like Reverse Merger plays- R/M plays are rampant on the OTC- trade them when you find a good one.

Nice work Lowell...

On April 13, 2015 the Company filed an amended article of Incorporation terminating all the classes of preferred share and reversing the common shares 2000 to one. The number of authorized shares was 210,000,000 of which 10,000,000 are preferred and 200,000,000 are common shares.

Have you rid yourself of all those pesky shareholders yet?

Any PTSH "news" will be unverifiable hyperbole and innuendo... probably fluff news about a RM with some obscure company with a revolutionary product... a RM that will never come to fruition and will never be consummated. I've seen it too many times to believe anything different. Scams are rampant on the OTC.

The only thing that seemed to make sense so far was the $1mil investment in the African auto manufacturer with a 25% return. Not sure what the investment in the Chinese mattress makers means to the PTSH's bottom line. All the other pr's have been letters of intent.

I am hoping the restructuring has something to do with merging with the Australian biomedical company. hoping is not a good investment strategy- but it does spring eternal - and that is a good thing- lol

The thing that gets me is in the last filing PTSH traded sombody 625m shares for $1m- that is .0016 PPS

I figured they would try to keep the PPS atleast above .0016 - for sure that person hasn't come close to unloading those shares- there has never been that kind of volume.

Seems odd the management after taking $1m would wipe out that holder of 625m shares with this R/S

Time will tell.
