The company placed a job posting for an IOS developer about a week ago. I've placed a few things of interest in bold.....

Lead IOS Developer

The Lead IOS Developer will take charge of Redify's existing app codebase and be responsible for organizing and leading development of our next-generation personal sports broadcasting products. You will report directly to the CEO.

We are currently focusing on the amateur sports market, but we also have our roots in financial technology.

You must be highly motivated and a self-starter, able to work on multiple projects and deliver exceptional code and documentation in a timely fashion.

OK, technical "chops":
•Expert using XCode

•You should have experience with PHP, MySQL, and Linux; specifically how they intertwine with IOS data-driven apps
•Experience with mobile video on IOS is a huge plus, as is creation of back-end storage environments for video/photos

With the recent financing(s), the fully-diluted share count is probably somewhere in the 4-4.5M area. Insiders (Sam/Marnie Gaer)continue to provide financial support to the company at 10 cents.

The RDFY website came back online a few weeks ago. Although the site is still not fully functional/operational, there were a few changes/updates made.

Interesting to note the new verbiage that now exists in the "lead generation platform" section of the website......

PSNO dump and pump. How many shares did they dump? People pay for that service than in turn they dump on their subscribers and will shout how they got it to go up 100% but there insiders are the only ones who benefited, not the you, not their subscribers.

This is as good as it gets this baby is going down.

There is a misconception that a company must be selling billions of shares to be labelled a scam. That is simply not true. There are hundreds and thousands of stocks that sell for pennies or even dollars that do the exact thing billion share companies do.
A scam selling 2.3 billions shares @ 0.0001 is no different than a scam which sells 23 million shares @ 0.01. First addresses bottom feeders the second one addresses low float player, they both try to hide/lye when it comes to the stock count and they are both worthless.
In TGFN's case they've put the lye on paper for all to see, not just once but a few times, so the cat is out of the bag already. Watch this go sub next week as the company tries to sell as much stock as they can before the R/S.

I agree as you know. They need to report the actual share count correctly in their filing as soon as possible. But you made a statement that made it sound as if they are doing a RS in order to sell billions of shares into the market as so many other pinkies do and that's just far fetched on a company with 23 million shares outstanding right now if you assume the RS is not completed.

Most scams in the pinky land will try to hide or mislead when it comes to the share count and this one is no different. On top of that how do you know the share count is what you claim? Coz by the look of it the company filings are as valuable as toilet paper.
