During the nine months ended January 31, 2024, the Company’s revenue was $49,012 from the sale of scan machines.
Other income and expenses for the three and nine month periods ending January 31, 2024 includes a gain of $25,000 debt settlement compared to a loss on debt settlement of $849,329 for the same periods in 2023.

This is OTC companies come here because there is next to no regulations. People need to focus on there entry & exit plans with all these stocks down in the stinky Pinky's ! These aren't sit on them blue chip stocks these are get in get out stocks before you get left holding bags .

Defense Technologies International Corp. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended October 31, 2023. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was USD 0.049012 million. Net loss was USD 0.179117 million compared to net income of USD 0.12243 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was USD 0.06 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of USD 0.23 a year ago. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was USD 0.06 compared to diluted earnings per share from continuing operations of USD 0.23 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was USD 0.049012 million. Net loss was USD 0.307236 million compared to USD 2.05 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was USD 0.11 compared to USD 3.97 a year ago. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was USD 0.11 compared to USD 3.97 a year ago.

Assume a retail price for DTII portals at $5000. And from DTII's latest 10K:
We have signed three Distributorship Agreements. A distributor will get from 20% to 28.5% discount on Gross Sales but is required to purchase a minimum of 10 units at time of signing for a distributorship.
As you know SS, VXIT bought them 100 days ago and not a peep about them since !!! Glad DTII has other distributors who might make a difference here one day.
