that is awesome to have a new president with this type of investment experience, but definitely changes things here, now we're a wildcard pennystock with an investing expert as our CEO instead of:

On August 15, 2012, we entered into an acquisition agreement with CorTronix Technologies Inc. (“CorTronix”). Yoel Palomino, the sole officer and director of the Company is the developer of the technology held by CorTronix. CorTronix was incorporated solely for the purpose of this acquisition. The assets of CorTronix are Corlink TM an advanced telemetric system used to transmit, analyze, report and store all types and variations of physiological studies. Under the terms of the agreement, the Company acquired all of the issued and outstanding shares of CorTronix in exchange for the issuance of 175,000,000 restricted shares of the common stock of the Company in exchange for all of the issued and outstanding shares of CorTronix. The transaction was completed on September 11, 2012.

The Company is developing the CorTronix technology through its wholly-owned subsidiary.

If Mr. Palomino resigned, and he developed CorTronix technology, which the company CBAT still owns, then one must think they are going to be pursuing a different business direction. However, it means something is happening, and any news here about either a new direction, or plans to finish getting CorTronix technology to market if that is still the business, would make this stock fly. eager for updates!!

with this stock I'm thinking a trials update or promo hits at some point and it just skyrockets, then there would be no time to buy in low.. Looked like current bid .0024 most of the day .. might be a good price for someone on the fence about buying to at least take a small couple hundred K starter position at .0024

seen some other stocks over the years follow a similar pattern.. walked down on low volume then exchange a few million shares (here it was to whatever bid was prepared and in place at .0012) then creep up on low volume until a massive explosion occurs by means of either promo or news. looking excellent here
