Systems America Entered Into Negotiations of Terms for Acquiring SAP and Oracle Services Companies

Wonder how they manage to get around that. But of couse that is spantel/systems amerika as usual.
Any way by making a direkted emission at a lover and fake shareprice will cause the spantel mafia to get the total share majority to recall by force the remining outstanding shares. Then they have all of the company them selves, and then they can start puplicing the financial numbers again to pump the shareprices before dumping it all.

Dont be surprices of what these (beep) will do to get other peoples money into their own pockets.

Im new here, but felt nessesary to post a reply on this company.
From what I have read it looks like non of you are aware of the past history of Spantel. The whole thing was a fraud from the start, some smart guys sat i Spain a sold shares from socalled boilerroom without the nessesary rights to do so. They did this before and after Spantel with a lot of different homemade companies. From what I know Spantel was the only one to ever make it to the stockmarket after the reversetakeover of receptagen.
Few years ago there was serius rumers that the people behind this fraud was jailed or arrested in Germany. Now the same people are listed on thee papers that changed the comp. name etc. They are most likely out of jail again and changing name in order to get a fresh record.

The only logical reason for the reverse split of a share with suchs small numbers anyway are that they are preparing a emission that will transfer more money from shareholders to the gang behind this skandal.

If they try to get money again the only advice is to run away as fast as you can and dont look back.

The gang keeps calling with all kinds of offers and use several fake names in order to hide their thru origin.

By the way have any of you seen any result numbers og figures for the last years of spantel ?
The last awailable results are from 2006 ?

I only know once where a reverse split worked that was price line what happens is no wants to pay $4.50 not enough reward but a penny stock at 1 cent could very easy go to 10 cents I got screwed on hygn went from $5.00 on R/S to under a penny inless than a month 99% DECLINE I hope this does not happen again but I do not have high hopes

Is SMAR even open for trading?? I saw no volume and no bid and ask yet a price of $4.50 showed up.

Since the valuation is kept the same but only the price per share goes WAY up then WHY is a reverse split considered so bad??

If anything investors should LOVE the fact that a stock is in the dollars as opposed to low pennies that so many investors stay away from!

It's just matter of time till it moves.

SPAL with the low share count, this stock should be valued in the pennies just as a shell. The stock has just been reinstated and a new name has been issued meaning this shell is getting some value back into it. That makes this a $.05-$.10 stock just on the merger with the new company. It could even head higher if this news hits the wires.

SPAL I think we will see a test of the $.075 high at some point. Considering this stock is trading off that number, I think a 300%+ gain could be had form today's closing price.
