Recently LMKI was rejected for a NASDAQ listing, and this led to a major management purge. The purged managers have dumped a lot of stock, and it looks like there might not be that much left. Stock is severely depressed (traded between 5 and 6 before NASDAQ rejection, now between 1 1/8 and 1 1/4), yet company's future looks promising.

Outstanding buy, though more dumping could lead to an even better price.
