yep - and with "blank check" approval and an a/s of 1 billion shares, it is a free hand to dilute shareholders into oblivion.

I'm expecting a much higher price too.
Problem is where to buy first...lol...
2nd problem: A/S...
They should pay for a promo with SMister with such a low float...
That would be a nice start...lol

The good news is that over $100K of debt has been forgiven, and the O/S is only 16.8 million shares, with 15 million held by Excellere Capital, so the float is only 1.8 million.

This could easily be hyped/promoted/manipulated to a much higher price.

This is one of my more confusing stocks - lack of information; lack of posts on the board; lack of volume; lack of knowledge about how much this stock is really worth right now because of the 0.05 - 0.10 spread.

Does anyone actually have any real info here?

Hard to say right now, there is a complete lack of volume. I just tested the market a little today and you can only sell at around 0.04/0.05 so unless you bought in very low, I would hold for a while and see what happens next.

On track maybe but still very slow. They need to get their paperwork done on time. I had a r/s with another stock and I was able to trade within 2 days
