On February 22, 2018 we amended our articles of incorporation to increase the number of shares of common stock we are authorized to issue from 300,000,000 to 1,000,000,000 (the “Charter Amendment”). The Charter Amendment was adopted and approved by unanimous written consent in lieu of a meeting of our Board of Directors dated as of January 18, 2018 and by written consent in lieu of a meeting of stockholders signed by Team Youn, the record owner of 137,880,173 shares of our common stock, representing approximately 80.60% of our outstanding shares of common stock.

Talks to raise the A/S 300,000,000 to 1,000,000,000 from the February 22nd 2018 - 10k - Would anyone agree this is the forward split they completed.

Capital Change=shs increased by 3.5 for 1 split. Ex-date=11/20/2018.

Any input on the current share structure.. & Team Youn owning 137,880,173 of the outstanding shares of common stock..?

This has turned into a garbage stock. I couldn't understand the stock split, unless there was some greedy intent for huge profits comong up for the main stockholders. It reminds me of another penny stock, TRB0. It was selling for .006. I followed it for 2 years, and never bought. Then, 1 day it jumps to .40. Now, it is on the way down. If ETAH goes up, to .20-.30, I'll take my money and run. So disappointing

Clearly you are conflating obligatory financial activity as required per FINRA as a “news report”.
And you are being quite generous with your timeline on these since the new CEO took over.
And I might add regarding anyone that seeks to be an apologist for this piece of work calling himself a CEO, that numerous OTC listed have been sued for failing to disclose “Material Events “ that have influenced prior statements made to Investors....such as not disclosing the nature of ETAH’s missed milestones for operational start dates among other GLARING inconsistencies from this management group.
I could go on but I don’t wish to give a disgruntled investor ammunition to shoot this pathetic CEO in the head with a lawsuit.

At the end of October we had news of the company preparing to pay employees with stock. That was only 6-7 weeks ago. Since August, we have averaged about one news item a month concerning various events. We had the recent stock split go through a few weeks ago. The CEO is under no obligation to give us news other than that required such as quarterly or annual reports or other related changes.

We are dealing with a highly speculative stock and company that is listed on the OTC pink sheets, a far cry from any major exchange. I know many of you are anxious to become overnight millionaires, but your chances of that happening with any stock of this nature are rather nil. There is absolutely no evidence that the CEO is rotten or that the company has expired before it is even up and running. Put yourself in the shoes of the CEO who is trying to build something out of scratch basically, in China, a place where we know next to nothing about, with all the hurdles that must be overcome.

Sure, I support the company because I own some stock. If anyone does not want to wait for news with their money at risk, then you can always sell. I understand how this can be frustrating, but patience is required in this type of investment.

A little analogy here to put things in perspective:

A car (Traders which includes Naked Short Sellers) is speeding down the road (The Stock Market) at night with it’s lights on “high beam “when Suddenly it encounters a deer ?? (WeiTao Wang) in its path.
As the lights are beaming into the deer’s eyes ?? (WeiTao Wang), the deer ?? (WeiTao Wang ) is overcome with paralysis. Will the car (Traders which includes Naked Short Sellers) stop or yield to the deer ?? (WeiTao Wang).....or will it continue on its path by running over the paralyzed deer ?? (WeiTao Wang) ?
