H.B. Fuller Company and its subsidiaries are engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of adhesives and specialty chemical products globally. The business is reported in four regional operating segments: North America, Europe, Latin America and Asia Pacific. During the fiscal year ended December 1, 2007, the North America segment accounted for 48% net revenue. Europe, Latin America and Asia Pacific accounted for 29%, 15 % and 8%, respectively. The largest business component of each of the operating segments is adhesives. The adhesives business components produce and supply industrial and performance adhesives products for applications in various markets, including assembly (woodworking and appliances), converting (packaging, corrugated, tape and label, tissue and towel and graphic arts), nonwoven (disposable diapers, feminine care and adult incontinence products), and footwear.
