The officers and directors were all fictitious - those of us exposing the scam got death threats and the FBI got involved.

This was a highly organized pump and dump but there never was any mining concessions. The photos were all photoshopped. The mining concessions were fake.

But Momoraptor - throat meet foot and he went into hiding.

It was the most sophisticated pump and dump I have seen.

Don't waste your time hoping SRGE comes back to life - if someone tries to hijack shell they will be trying to steal novice investors money.

What I remember is there was much confusion about which SRGE signed the contract. We were investing in a Northern Mexico site while a contract was signed from a Srge somewhere in lower South America. There's multiple SRGE's and we only discovered it at the very end. Yes, I lost.

Jalisco is an very dangerous place and perhaps Many didn't know that about the place back then when the news came out that they found members of the Board of Directors Dead there. Just a quick search on Google can catch You up to speed on how violent and dangerous that place truly is especially starting in 2011.

He became PinkPanther on the CRGP board, and is currently posting as BennyMojo on the AABB board. SRGE was v.1, CRGP was v. 2, and AABB is v.3. These scammers have perfected their game.....they've takin in close to $150 million with AABB, using a single convertible note that converts at $0.0004, and sells at retail (now just over $0.03). The note will last forever at that rate, interest keeps the principle more or less steady. Pretty clever.

He posts the same exact all caps/all bold crap, but now he doesn't even bother posting the paid promoter disclaimer that is required by Ihub.

How is it even possible to sell or buy something that doesn’t exist? Am I missing something! I called SEC at the time and asked how to sell it they told me go on the grey market I don’t even know what that is. I thought it was illegal. Can anyone tell me how I can sell my pitiful shares, all I will make is a mere $100 if I sell it today at .0005 or I might as well just hold on to this ??. Thank you ??

After reading your post, I was able to sell 17 mill today @ .0005 which is great, still holding 10 mill, may sell 5 mill tomorrow--thanks for the tip

can prove that SRGE and the shareholders have any right to anything other than worthless shares.
At first we were to believe that SRGE would be getting some sort of compensation from GoGold and their mining
of Cincos Minas(claimed not proven). When that hoax was destroyed the story shifted to GoGold NOT having
rights to the property and Southridge still controlling it because it was never transfered to Minera San Jorge.

Pretty simple stuff here folks. SRGE is out of business, the share registration has expired and been revoked, there is no address and no way to contact anybody for Southridge, the stock still trades only because the company never filed to kill it and the SEC doesn't shut it down if people are still willing to trade it(by no means proof that the company is still in business)

The independent report concluded: “There is absolutely no evidence to suggest that the Cinco Minas mill has been operational for quite some time. In fact, the condition of the equipment suggests many years of neglect. It must be noted that there was an indication of another party having entered the mill site. On one of the mill tanks, located where the power generators used to be, there was a large decal with the writing “Southridge Minerals”. Although it cannot be determined when the decal was put in place, it is obvious that the neglected state of the tanks is evidence to the fact that no one has been using the mill equipment; this includes local individuals, third parties or Southridge Minerals. Simply put, the mill is completely non-operational and has been for some time.”

Example: Late November 2012, look at this board and SCCO where people FALSELY claimed those two were merging.

Example: Late December 2012, only a month after the SCCO HOAX got burned down, the crew tried again by claiming Kinross Gold was merging. That too was DEBUNKED and the lies exposed.

Today, The 2013 PR saying THE ASSETS WERE SOLD to a PRIVATE COMPANY is what you really should pay attention to. THE ASSETS, not the company. They don't own SRGE, SRGE will not see any revenue from what THE PRIVATE COMPANY does.
