Every day? Hardly. I see a lot of reposts from one big pumper clown mentioning Nvidia from a 2/20 tweet. But the question was always is the wording appropriate?

This reply says it all.

They almost mentioned NVDA partnership everyday in their tweets. If you have no idea on my question context, that meant you don’t read their tweets. Then how you can answer my question? Your guess is same as mine.

They have another tweet today that may provide more hints!

I think a new word should used to describe this stock, “scapum”….. you’ll need to think about this for a minute but anybody still in this ticker has all the time in the world.

The float is outdated. Note it's from 2022. Nowadays, it's the DTC count that matters.

Regardless of what they say about having a lot of money, their own financials show they don't. And what little they do have, won't be put towards a buyback of shares.

I'm sure they did go to the Nvidia partner program website and become a registered partner, which anyone can do. They even have a couple computers with Nvidia products in it that they use for their "business." Then they refer to Nvidia has their "manufacturing partner" to chum the water for silly pinkie traders. Ridiculous and transparent.

Very true. the SEC rules didn't eliminate the ability to have zombie tickers, it made them more expensive to maintain. Anyone wishing to use one as a scam vehicle now has to put up some cash to maintain them long enough to run a scam. In the past they just had to file some fake docs and make some internet post.

Still, simply maintaining a minimum requirement doesn't mean it's a good candidate for trading.

Until the SEC crack down in 2019, Pink current didn't really mean anything. Tickers could still be quoted and traded. Now losing PC status means getting kicked off the electronic boards. being a zombie is a more expensive option now
