Next week is week 3 for $GESI, I’m betting on Gordon the CEO of $GESI to pull off a huge funding agreement for the shareholders. What do you think? So far he has proven to be a man of his word.

Green Energy Solution Industries, Inc. (GESI) announced today that its CEO Gordon MacKay appeared on www.StockTradersTalk.com Radio show on July 12, 2012, and that essential terms for the funding over $45 million for the full build out of its state of the art renewable energy plant utilizing waste rail ties in Alberta Canada.
Through the partnership with InREFCo, GESI announced that they have entered into an agreement for the source and source of funding of the plant which will be an equity percentage funding of the project. The funding will not in any way depend upon shares of the public company. MacKay stated that the terms of ownership would be heavily in favor of a majority ownership by GESI for the project.
Jason Watson, President/CEO of InREFCo (International Renewable Energy Facilitation Company), informed listeners that the funding was definitely under terms favorable to GESI and its shareholders. He stated that the engineering and production were excited about this project, which he said would be done with proven technologies to convert the high BTU value of waste rail ties to energy. Watson said that with InREFCO, GESI has now satisfied the technology required and gained the source of financing. The technology is being produced by a large and well known manufacturer and is being tested for on site build out at GESI’s site in Alberta.
MacKay related that GESI was pleased it could keep delivering on its business plan of not relying on dilution of its stock to make the funding. MacKay said that GESI should be able to announce within the next 2 to 3 weeks the complete names of the funding source, exact percentages and final details of the first draws.

Fundamentally, we could be looking at the Perfect Storm, IMO. No PR's for over a year and then a flurry of 4 in the last couple of weeks. EPAZ stock has previously suffered from lack of liquidity and lack of awareness. Ironically, liquidity was provided by conversion of the only toxic financing they've ever received, $87,000 of Asher money. Last week saw record weekly volume, at a mere 8.2 million, and a sweet double in the pps. Also, chart shows the first weekly pSAR drop in over a year.

We began this board several years ago with a mind to free ourselves of many of the traps that are set up to lure traders and investors into parting with their money without their acquiescence. We decided right off the bat that an informed investor with the right tools had a better chance of making money than one who placed a bet on the advice of others. We realized then that this had to include Technical Analysis, the ability to read trading data, as a prime component of that toolkit.
Technical Analysis is clean. It provides clear signals on what a stock is doing. TA is without prejudice. It is our egos which mess up the trading... thinking that we are better than the market, staying in a stock on hope, entering a stock on fundamental belief, or on the advice of others that the stock is great.
TA avoids all that. It provides data only.... information on what a stock is doing relative to the market and itself.... data on money, momentum and volume over time. In reality we need know nothing more than that in order to effectively trade in and out of positions.
Good TA practitioners can manage long, short and swingtrading positions within the same equity at the same time. Fundamental traders cannot do this; they follow the herd. Good TA traders are in and out of a stock before most of the market even knows it. Fundamental traders are investors.... unwitting longs. The pimps and pumps prey on the fundamental investor. The market loves a Fundie.
Arguments by fundamentalists that charts do not foretell the future are correct. They only tell you what is happening now, and in the recent past. But a long studied chartist can predict events with great accuracy, watching a chart die, or build, incrementally, over time.
Stay with us and learn. We have some very successful traders on this board, most of them skilled practitioners of the Black Art. We sincerely hope you find your time spent on the P_Shift more than profitable.
