VLTA @ $1.50s: ..NEWS....Slashes workforce by 20%...Removes guidance for 2023..Seeking funding. Likely issuing large amounts of share w. Reverse Split a possibility.

All in all an ominous turn of events likely to crater VLTA.

NOTE:... VLTA just voted $150M in shares they can issue at any time. Expect all or at least a substantial portion of the dilution to inundate VLTA very seek. Days not weeks.

Aside from the fee that may be required of your broker, there is no fee from the transfer company. This from fidelity:

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Tortoise Acquisition Corp. II (the “Company”) announced today that it intends to commence its initial public offering of 25,000,000 units at $10.00 per unit. The Company intends to grant the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to 3,750,000 additional units to cover over-allotments, if any. Each unit issued in the initial public offering will consist of one of the Company’s Class A ordinary shares and one-fourth of one redeemable warrant, each whole warrant entitling the holder thereof to purchase one of the Company’s Class A ordinary shares at an exercise price of $11.50 per share.
