Looks like ATCO deal ( @ $15.50 PPS) is likely to close in H1 of 2023.
Interesting note in recent NR: Deal may close as early as March 31st (?)
( pending regulatory approval, etc. )
Arbitrage probably explains most of the small PPS fluctuations.

iirc, back in May/June, one pro analyst had ATCO tagged with rating of Underperform and
Price Target @ ~ $6.00
Not long after that, another pro analyst said "Outperform and $9 PT. "
( wtf ? I bought some $7's. )
More recently, it's good to see some of these same pros
raising their PT's up past $10
ATCO flexing and paying good divvy. $$$
