after a few minutes of review it seems to me that the reverse split will be a 1 for 20

Item 3.03. Material Modification to Rights of Security Holders.

On August 31, 2011, the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) and a majority of the shareholders agreed by Written Consent to effect a reverse stock split of the outstanding shares of the Company’s common stock at a ratio of 1 for 20 (the “Reverse Split”) to become effective subsequent to the filing of the Certificate of Amendment with the Secretary of State of Nevada. As a result of the Reverse Split, each 20 shares of the Company’s common stock issued and outstanding immediately prior to the Reverse Split shall be changed into 1 share of common stock without any further action by the holders of the shares of common stock.

and the reason for the increase in authorized shares is due to having to pay off a lot of people with shares.

and then it looks like they will be entering some kind of security field (computer?)as per the same 8-k where they talk about acquiring patent rights.

Item 2.01. Completion of Acquisition or Disposition of Assets.

On September 23, 2011, the Company entered into a contract with SH Equity Partners, LLC (“SH”) entitled “Asset Purchase Agreement.” Under this contract, the Company acquired certain patent rights pursuant to the Settlement and Release Agreement by and between SH and Priviam, Inc. (the “Patent Rights Agreement”). In consideration for the purchase of patent assets under the Patent Rights Agreement, the Company issued to SH a Convertible Promissory Note Agreement in the principal amount of $50,000 at a10% interest rate with a maturity date of September 23, 2012, which converts at SH’s option into shares of the Company’s common stock at a price of $0.01 per share. On September 23, 2011, the Company formed Hyper Secure, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, which subsidiary will hold all the patent assets acquired from SH.

.0055 x20 = $0.11 share price... that is if people give it a chance... the whole wilcox debacle messed it up pretty bad

On May 20, 2011, Harshawardhan Shetty, the sole officer of the UC HUB Group Inc. resigned. He also resigned as a Director of the company. On May 20, 2011, Claude Cramer was elected as the sole officer and the sole director of the company. On February 18, 2011, after approval of the Board and the shareholders by Written Consent, a Certificate of Amendment was filed with the Nevada Secretary of State Amending the Articles of Incorporation of the company to increase the authorized shares of the company's common stock from 500,000,000 to 2,000,000,000 shares."

which sounds like there was likely some pretty big dilution along the way.

Jim Price,Aero-Financial,San Diego, Stock Fraud. Jim Price is involved in many "pump and Dump schemes.

Look at the charts for: UCHB,SYAI, PEIW, WHIO, PAPA BELLO'S PIZZA (if you can find that one)Price just "sold" Papa Bello's, and never even told the franchises about who owns their brand. He stripped the Company of assets, closed 18 Walmart units, and basically cut the investors off at the knees...Please call me if you have lost money in any "stocks" that Jim Price, or Aero_Financial have anything to do with. We will get your money back.

A lot of OTCs made that list, but from the looks of the price and volume, the new owners aren't taking it anywhere either. Probably just holding it as a shell, hoping to sell it later.

It is an 11 year old scam that has done very little in the way of revenues, has never made a profit, currently has no business, and has a tremendous amount of debt. There is no good reason to buy this joke of a sham company.

Wow. 62 million shares outstanding, that we know of, and no update since April of 2010. Anyone have any idea of the current amount of shares outstanding? Float?

The stock trades by appointment. The company was formed in 1999 and it's still looking for the right mergers. The Pink Sheets puts a warning here saying that the company "may not be making material information publicly available".

Am I missing something here? Can someone please tell me why this would be a good investment for me?
