Smooth😂😂😂no that definitely does not describe this journey. Things that hit us would have killed many companies. The recent litigation win VS Tucker was absolutely huge. 120m shares that will no longer be in play. Dan was supposed to be in Dubai, Saudi etc this week...and they get a flood😵‍💫 in the DESERT WTF. But we keep going and pushing because it's important. And....we owe you guys. This is deeply personal.

I wanted to take a moment and say thank you to all the folks that support the company. I know there are times when targets are missed, events postponed etc but I promise you we will get there. Fundings, State govt, foreign funds etc are moving targets and unpredictable at times but rest assured West Virginia will be funded sooner than later, Dan will get the funds for the current bond and others are in progress with different triggers and sponsors(TBA in the coming weeks). This is a worthwhile undertaking we are on and we will see it through. Generations to come will benefit from what we are doing here today. As always you can reach me anytime my cell# is on every press release and I take or return every call. Thanks for hanging in there with us even when it's tough. I appreciate and respect you all.

I haven't had the time to review the annual, but you provide the economics. How much was paid for Morrocco? How was it financed? How long has it been operating? Was all the revenue reported in annual from that facility? TIA

WV is between EDC and Bank to get terms straight on guarantee. Dan is also moving down line with funder 2 and 3 in the event they don't move fast enough. Dan is heading to Saudi on bond shortly I don't have exact date yet.

That was a former employee from 2019 that had a big block of preferred shares. He could have converted it into 90-120mil but the contract was invalid. We prevailed in court he got no shares and they were all cancelled. Big win for us.

RS not a factor. Originally we felt Nasdaq would have brought better funding opportunities. Since Bond and WV came to light that is no longer a concern. We will stay OTC until we gain the traction we need for a strong uplisting.
