Oh didn't know. Who's the new owner and does anyone know anything about them? If they're a mystery (like EUB*) then anyone's guess. In any case management can only sell small amounts at a time - if the OTC/FINRA/SEC etc has any oversight. And if they're the only one(s) selling, the price will drop like a rock, so I can't imagine them not creating volume one way or another. With the tiny float, that means people need to buy shares

Traders get ready... One year restriction up this week, watch for news. Everyone here should agree there's a miniscule float with great share structure. Now volume is needed. Will Lazar and company do something with this awesome platform to grow from? My two cents - don't sell too quickly, like I did with with EUB* at a few pennies before it ran to $1.50, even my small position would have netted 60k but I sold for peanuts

It's Lazar and co waiting for their one year restriction on share selling to pass. They stole it through hostile takeover from management at WDIS. The restriction should end soon (if anyone wants to quickly research filings). That said, with the obviously tiny float this has, I don't think they can sell much of anything without getting volume going through pr's and promotion, which should first drive the price way up. In my experience, you will have a short sell window in this initial run up before management starts dumping. But if Lazar actually wants to make something of AMBG, and doesn't dump and/or massively increase share structure then the sky's the limit

AMBG new name after Lazar and Co acquired WDIS, a company with possibly the lowest float in the OTC, and no toxic debt. A squeaky clean shell as they say. No dumpage here contrary to previous post, like any micro float stock small sells and buys move the price wildly. Have patience, I'm sure AMBG officers are working behind the scenes, Lazar didn't spend a significant amount of money in creating AMBG just to let it sit. This thing will likely skyrocket with any good news. Anyone know much of anything about this new company?
